Today I had the pleasure of meeting Nikki and Meranda for the first time. They have cleaned my house a few times now and it always looks and feels fantastic! The dog hair is finally under control and manageable in-between their visits. I appreciate the hard work and am glad to of found this reliable and eco-friendly service that is conscious about the cleaning products used in my home!

Team #10 Ashley and Sandy have consistently been excellent. They are pleasant, efficient, reliable, thorough and responsive to any feedback I give them. They have cleaned both when I am home and when I'm not. I know I will have a nice fresh home when they are finished.

I am very happy with Team #6 (Sarah & Kathleen); I have had them a few times now, but some teams are not as good. Team #6 pays attention to what is in the notes about my home; where other teams, at times, don't. I don't expect a deep cleaning and at times something might get missed, but it is always addressed and corrected. Leah is always very nice and professional; she is so helpful - thanks. Keep up the good work Sarah and Kathleen!!!

The staff is always friendly, and does a great job. My husband didn't want to hire a cleaning service, and even he can't live with out Cleaning Authority either! Anytime we have had an issue, or is immediately resolved. Leah in the office has amazing customer service. The price is very reasonable too. A million thanks Cleaning Authority!

Have used Cleaning Authority for many years and have been extremely satisfied with the clean the teams do. Had to stop for awhile, but am so happy to be able to have them back again. Paula and Katie did a great job cleaning our house today. They were friendly and efficient. Paula has been cleaning our house for several years and we are so happy with her and her work. She's very nice and such a good worker. Shes also very good about accommodating any special requests we have.

The team cleaning our house does a good job. They are polite, knowledgeable about cleaning and respect our home while cleaning our home. They also show up on time to clean. Would recommend them to friends and family.

My hubby and I were very pleased with the cleaning that Paula and Kelly did this week.
Extra care was taken in many ways - as an example all the window ledges were given
a good cleaning in all the corners. Special care was given with all the dusting throughout
the house. Carpets always have a special pattern when they are finished vacuuming. Sinks are sparkly clean and electric stove top is really done well. Every thing was great!!! We have used the Cleaning Authority for a few years now and Leah is always super helpful whenever I call. Thank you for helping to make our life easier. Trudy and Merl

So very happy I made this decision! I have been thinking about doing this for quite some time now. I did have trouble with them calling me back once I got my initial consultation. But once I got them here I had a great team; fast, friendly, and efficient! They literally touched every part of my house!

We have been so pleased with The Cleaning Authority! The office staff has been very responsive to calls, inquiries and special instructions. The gals have always been great and especially today, they had a specific task to accomplish (clean up after a remodel) and the house looks fantastic. So pleased we found The Cleaning Authority.

Team Samantha and partner's were very polite and professional and the team did an excellent job. I purchased some stainless steel cleaner as Dana suggested to bring luster back to our appliances. I feel as though we shouldn't had to purchase this product since the service that is being rendered should have been supplied.

Very pleasant, and hard working employees. They arrive on time and work right to the last minute of the appointment. The house looks clean & smells good. They are well trained and they bring all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. The surfaces of furniture and counters shine after the clean. They take all the trash out, and the used cleaning rags. Everything looks good when they leave.

They let you know when they are arriving and leaving - and they are spot on time. Very friendly and fun to talk to - my dog loves them. Fast and thorough cleaning - deep cleaning was amazing. Over last 15 years, they were like family, and we'll miss them as we have moved out of the state.

Ashley and Sandy have been amazing! They are pleasant, show up on time and pay attention to the detail. They have been my regular cleaning leads for some time and are responsive to feedback when I provide it. They are observant and make sure my home is fresh when finished. I have also observed Ashley training new staff several times. She is detail oriented and insures the trainee understands the concepts behind what they are doing. She not only cleans herself but observes the trainee and checks their work for accuracy. A phenomenal team!

Hired them for my moms condo to do monthly cleans. They are wonderful and kind, and super professional. My mom is always so happy after they clean, she tells me it feels like a fresh start with the house clean, that’s always a great feeling! Great communication too and very accommodating if you need to reschedule. Just so thrilled with the cleaning authority!!!

Megan and Taylor take very good care of us. They are super friendly, love my dog, highly conscientious, and extremely quick and efficient. This takes a huge load off of my shoulders. Highly recommend!

I am very happy with the service I get from your company. The girls who come are very nice and do a great job.

Servicing the home of a senior couple with health problems, that hasn't been able to properly clean the whole house for at least 3 years. Had two gals come to start the impossible mission, with a third that came to help. They had a good system and accomplished a lot more than I thought they would. I made a few suggestions, moved some stuff out of the way,and stayed out of there way,was happy when they left. The next visit will be easier (on them ) .🙂 Update.. Working on 4th visit today,still pleased.
