Professional service. Recommend them.

I have used this company many times for service calls or new construction installation. They have first class staff, servicemen and installers. The owner Pete is great to to business with. I would give this company 6 stars if I could.

The team from Superior Heating and Cooling did a great job removing our original furnace, A/C and water heater (incidentally installed by Superior back in 1995) and replacing it with all new systems. The guys - including Alex, Justin, Trevor, Pete and Gabe did a fantastic job and delivered exactly what we signed up for. Great systems so far - so quiet it's hard to tell if the furnace and water heater is on!

These guys are outstanding!!! After calling a competitor (my mistake) and the competitor telling me I need a new AC unit, Tony came out, looked at my unit, and found the leak. On a unit that's only 4 years old. He could of taken advantage of me like the other company was about to, but he didn't. They were honest, got the part under warranty, and did the work others didn't want to bother with. This is the only company I will call to have heating and cooling work done from now on.

Glenn and I have used Superior as our heating/cooling company for over 30 years now, and Caleb came out today to do the winter maintenance/checkup on our furnace (Superior also installed the new furnace for us in October, 2021. Great job!) and to check our water heater. Caleb was on time, polite, and wore his booties in the house; he was quick, efficient and he is always nice to deal with. He answered my questions, did his job, and then was on his way! Always good to deal with Superior employees!!!

I called when my furnace quit working, John arrived and with in 30 minutes he found the issue, corrected it and professionally completed the job. John left the work area neat, clean and the furnace totally back better than he found it. I have always worked the service industry and I appreciate a person who understands the importance of "SERVICE".. i highly recommend Superior Heating and Cooling and applaud John. I will use them again should my HVAC system need further attention.

Called,dawn was very polite and knowledgeable, was told someone would be out between 11 and 1.
Quarter after 11 the truck pulled in and he assessed the situation and fixed the a/c in no time,also looked over the furnace before he left. Very reasonable and punctual!
Would recommend to anyone!

We have a geothermal system. Brian M came to troubleshoot our issue. He was able to discover the problem and repair it quickly. We are very happy with his work and with Superior overall The office staff answered my questions and were patient and polite..

These guys were great! We had a furnace down, with two small children in the house, and they were out to our place in no time flat. They were also very efficient and did not try to hit us for any unnecessary expense. Very reasonable, great service and extremely responsive.

Superior Heating and Cooling is a wonderful small business. They are very professional and you will not find better service from another. Austin was our main installer but every single person that came out to work on the system was very courteous and I feel very comfortable in knowing if I have any issues or just a questions that they will be there to help.

Came back from vacation and the cooling fan on top a/c unit wasn't spinning. Called Superior and they sent someone out the next morning. They had the part on the truck and repair was completed. Friendly repairman, great service. Highly recommend.

A great company to work with. They did a great job very promptly and professional. I needed a new furnace. They pulled out the old one and installed it promptly. They cleaned up everything and left the house spotless. I would recommend this company to anyone.

New air conditioner installation was a breeze from the quote all the way through install and clean up. Pete and his team are on top of things.

Excellent experience with owner Pete, office manager Tammy and install techs, Jon and Anthony. They went over and above to make sure my heat came back up and worked perfectly. I could not have asked for better service. I would not hesitate to call them again.

I had a furnace installed by another company 2 years ago and every year since I have called to have them service it. My boss arranged for Pete to contact me and schedule a technician, Brian, to come out the same day and troubleshoot why my home was still cold. After checking my furnace and duct work, Brian checked the thermostat. It turns out the other company set my thermostat to read 70 degrees but they programmed it to shut off when it was really only 65 degrees. It was 5 degrees cooler in my home than the 70 that appeared on the thermostat. Brian you were a godsend. Thank you noticing how much cooler it was in my home than what it read. And, I would like to thank Pete for making all of this happen. You and your company will be given recommendations from me for sure. Grateful and blessed, Leslie

Awesome crew! Had a boiler/ water heater combo installed - they came when they promised, most courteous guys! Have had a couple glitches in the system, but they were right here within an hour to take care of it. Definitely recommend Superior heating!

I call on Friday around 11 am they were there 2hour later and converted my electric water tank to gas and did a superior job thanks guys for the excellent work.

Superior Heating & Cooling installed our GEO Thermal system and did a wonderful job! It seems these days it's hard to find people to have good customer service and show up when they say they will. Pete and crew have been amazing! They show up, they call back, they communicate, etc.... Again it's rare, so it's refreshing to say, they care and still go above and beyond for their customers! We very highly recommend Superior Heating & Cooling!

I have used Superior on several projects after being referred to them. Contractors can be very hard to deal with and often will over promise and not deliver. Superior is a very professional and well organized group. They do what they say they are going to do each time. Thanks again for doing such a nice job Pete, Alex and Adam

Had Superior out to check my heat pump ( icing up) and they charged me $188 and said it was fine. Heat pump continued to do the same. They returned said there was nothing they could do. Said they would contact me with options but never did. I contacted them and was told they would quote a replacement. A quote of $3,400 was sent for a replacement. Replacement cost for the same unit they was $1,200 retail, $800 whole sale. To replace the unit 6 screws had to be removed. Old unit sides out, new unit slides in and plugged into the outlet. I'm glad I research this before giving these people the green light. Pease beware and research. My total cost would have been $3,588 for an $800 unit. FYI there was no additional work needed to replace the unit. All the wiring and sleeve were already installed.

We recently had a brand new whole home AC unit put in by Superior, and we were thrilled with their service and the outcome! Jessie was excellent getting us a quick quote and explaining the different options that we had. After making a choice, they got us on the calendar as soon as they could during a very busy time of year. The two technicians who showed up for the install were on time the day of our appointment, friendly and professional, and cleaned up after what was a big job so that you couldn’t even tell they had ever been here. They even moved a small plant that was in the way of the new unit and replanted it! Heating and cooling issues as a homeowner are not cheap and you get what you pay for. We would highly recommend going with Superior to make sure things are done right the first time!
