Called this company before 6am with water disaster in our finished downstairs. I of course was frantic and distraught waking up to water seeping into every area of our bedrooms laundry and hallway.
They immediately said they would send someone right out and they did. I was pretty upset that flooring trim etc and all our belongings had to be removed but was reassured that they would get it all dried out and.." just like it never happened" .We are still in the process..but things are dry and Jess our Project Manager and his crew Bobby and Armondo were excellent!! Walked us through the process and made us feel reassured that there would be no mold or other problems arising . Thank you guys

Tony and his crew were amazing. We had a medical crisis in the evening and they still came immediately and worked until late that night. They returned throughout the week until the job was completed. I can't imagine what we would have done with out ServPro.

We had flood in our basement. After calling our insurance company. I received a call from Tony Amenta right away, even before the adjustor. He showed up the next day with his team and got to work on the basement. I am so happy my insurance uses ServPro. Tony & his team were timely, respectful and just plain nice. He guided us through a very stressful time. The team not only packed everything up but carried things up stairs, into a pod, etc. The process of drying out the rooms was amazing! The equipment they used and the attention to making sure everything was completely dried was way beyond my expectations. Way to go Tony!

Jess and Kaleb have done an excellent job of drying out our flooded house. Our situation went from a disaster to something manageable and we were in the best hands with Jess and Kaleb. They were incredibly professional and made us feel taken care of.

Tony and Jess did a wonderful job working with the Greenville Housing Commission to remediate water damage on a townhouse. They were responsive, fast, and very communicative. We have since called them for other issues and the office is also very pleasant to work with.

Tony with Serve pro recently helped us with water damage in our kitchen. They were helpful, considerate of our things, they drapped everything else in the room during demolition. The process was much cleaner than I expected. Tony also explained things well throughout the process so we understood what was happening step by step along the way. They did an excellent job!

Casey and his crew were very professional, prompt, courteous and responded to phone calls we made to them. They kept us up to date on progress and things to expect during our restoration process. I wound recommend them highly to others who might need their services!

We had a water leak from our washer in January. Our remediation company did a great job .( Not Servpro) when Tom from Servpro was involved to rebuild it was a terrible experience. He gave all sorts of excuses of delays and poor quality work. When we arrived back from Florida and our project was to be done , it was filthy dirty everywhere! Our linens were in a ball on our bed and inches of dust everywhere. It took us hours to clean our bedroom in order to even go to bed that night. When confronting Tom with the disappointment , he was rude and very confrontational.
Our neighbors even commented that they would never use serv pro from their observation.
They never came back to do punch list and complete any clean up! We were so disgusted we hired another contractor to put lights and mirrors back up.
Would never use Tom and Serv pro again.

Jess was our PM and he was fantastic to work with. He and his crew were quick, efficient and very helpful. I am so glad I was able to work with this team in a turbulent time where water damage had ruined multiple walls, floors and ceiling spots. Thanks again and would recommend.

Tom and Will were amazing! I was out of the country when my basement flooded and don’t know what I would have done without their quick response time. Tom and Will handled my reconstruction process and were both very professional, kind and on time. Would definitely recommend.

Caleb came to our house to inspect the damages that were caused by a back up. We were there the next day we took all the damage material out clean up the damage material and took it away now waiting for reconstruction estimate so we can get a claim to are Insurance company so we can get back to normal living again thank you Kalep

Tony, Tom and Issac did an absolutely superb job! We really appreciate their attention to detail. They kept us informed throughout the entire mold remediation process and left the home as clean as when they arrived. Will definitely use them again if the situation requires it. Thank you!

Managers and workers have been amazing. They are taking care of all damages due to a recent flood in my basement and their communication with me and their coworkers is excellent. I would highly recommend them.

We had a storm pass through the area in the evening, flooding a couple of our buildings and an office. Kaleb Pluchinsky of SERVPRO had the service and equipment handled by the morning. Great business.

We found our entire den had flooded due to a leak and they had someone out right away for water mitigation on a Friday night! Throughout the week Tony and Nate were in communication with us consistently and made sure we were taken care of and our house was dried out and they helped us with the insurance process too. This is our third time using ServPro for water issues and every single time we've used them has been such a good experience and they have helped guide us through and gave us a sense of ease in what is normally a very stressful situation!

Kaleb and Tony were great to work with. Their team was here within a couple hours after calling for water damage. An hour later they had blowers going and had assessed the damage and had a plan for us. The kept us informed all along the way. Great job and highly recommend them. Thanks

HUGE thank you to Kaleb and his crew for taking such great care of us! My husband put a call in to him on Sunday and he came right out to take a look at a situation in our kitchen. He had a crew in first thing Monday morning. Sectioned off the area and removed everything that had water damage and mold.
