I called Totally Trees for a quote in the Coopersville area. I called SIX TIMES in a month to have them quote a small stump removal. I never received one single call back. They clearly have a communications breakdown or an incompetence issue. Either way I would not trust them with my money at this point and will be contacting another local business for service. This review form asks if I used their business... I would have if they would have simply called me back. Ridiculous.

I had an excellent experience with this tree service! The team was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely hardworking. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and did a fantastic job removing and trimming the trees on my property. Safety was clearly a priority, and they left the yard completely clean when they were finished.

It’s hard to find companies that are this reliable and detail-oriented. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality tree work. I will definitely use them again in the future

The Archer Tree Service crew was promt and very clean! They knew what I needed to trim and it was done very efficiently. They had to climb some of my trees and it was all done very saftely and methodically. The service price was very comparable to other tree trimming services and I will be hiring them again at a later date. I am referring them to others as well.

We had Archer Tree Service trim all the tree branches within 12 feet of our roof. I reached out to them about 5 days ago about the service and the next day they came out to quote it and sent the quote over the same day. Then I took a few days to decide what to do and the day after we decided to have the trees trimmed by them they had a crew out to trim them the next day. I couldn't be happier with their work and how responsive they were. They also are so reasonable in price compared to the other quotes we received.

Terrific, knowledgeable, professional, efficient, worked quickly and cleaned up my yard nicely. Ethan listened to my requests and added his experienced opinion as well. He climbed a tall tree and did so safely and cautiously as he used tie off ropes and carrying his chain saw on his belt. His partner quickly took care of fallen branches and big sections of tree with his claw tractor thingy. Fair price and easy to reach Ethan as he got back w me directly .

Ethan came out and gave the best price. Scott and Scott came out and did the best, and quickest work! Tree was close to the pool and there was nothing, not even any sawdust, dropped in the pool! Archer is my new go to for tree service. Thanks guys!

Absolutely great service – highly recommend!
Archer Tree Service went above and beyond. One of the trees we needed removed was in a tricky location, and we didn’t dare attempt it ourselves for fear of damaging nearby structures or healthy trees. Even with the intense heat that week, their team got the job done efficiently and safely.

What really stood out was their professionalism and generosity — once they were on-site, they even offered to remove a few additional dead trees for a very reasonable price. We didn’t ask; they just saw the opportunity to help and did so without hesitation.

They exceeded our expectations in every way, especially with the cleanup. We were fully prepared to do some post-job work, but to our surprise, they left the site absolutely pristine. It was clear they take great pride in their work. We couldn’t be happier with the results!

We used them to take out about 25 poplar trees on our small lot in our subdivision. The guys were great at their job! They were extremely meticulous with each fall and took their time to avoid the neighbors on each side’s fence and the trees in our backyard neighbor’s yard. I really did not think this job was possible but they were so professional and did it in less than a day. Highly recommend them!

Zach and his team came and removed our broken and tired 2 story treehouse we had for 20 years.
What seemed to be an impossible job they came through.
This was an unfamiliar situation to them but you never would have known it.
Zach, Elli, Ethan and Taver were kind and professional.
Zach knew this was an emotional and sentimental issue and he was very patient and understanding. After it was down he went in to retrieve some things for me.
I would recommend them to anyone.
