Derrick and his crew showed up exactly when we expected them, did a very thorough job taking down a huge oak (and a modest pine) for a very reasonable price. Nice job on the cleanup, too! Managed to miss all the flower beds nearby nicely.

Bob's crew of professional workers did an excellent job removing and cutting up a very large old maple tree in my yard.
Even though there were many obstacles he had to overcome, such as maneuvering his large crane truck through my yard. Which had some very wet areas.
His crew worked together and were obviously well trained. My yard was cleaned up when they finished. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Highly recommended

If you are looking for a reliable and local tree service these are your guys!!! I sent and email to them asking for a quote in the evening the next day they called got my information and was out looking at the trees the next day. I was quoted a very fair price and told I was on the schedule but that it was going to be 3 weeks before they could come it was a very busy time for them. A week later they called and said they were going over their schedules and thought they could get to me 1 week earlier and checked to make sure that was okay with me. On November 11th 2024. They arrived around noon with all of their equipment, cut down 2 large trees cleaned up and were done and gone by 3:30pm the same day. The only way you can tell they were there that day is because the trees are gone! They took the time to clean up, they were very friendly and efficient! I could not have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for someone who is going to show up and get the work done at a good price you have found them.

I had a very big maple cut down, and quite a bit of trim work done that required a boom truck.

Skills- They performed the task with careful consideration of the surroundings & took extra time when it mattered on making sure they were safe before executing any big cuts.

Communication- Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about any of the questions regarding any concerns I had about the job.

Reliability- From the day they came over to give me a quote, till the day they finished the job I was always informed & were on time when they said they would be.

Price- I had a couple quotes & they were in the middle of the road on pricing. The lower price company’s were not as equipped & would have taken much longer to compete the job along with not nearly as convincing on the confidence of the task, so that was also taken into consideration.

The price I was quoted was more than fair for the work they did & the equipment needed for the job.

Equipment- The equipment they use is all industrial grade & high quality name brand equipment. From saws, boom truck, winch, wood chipper, dump truck, dump trailer, skid steer, rigging equipment, i don’t believe with what they have there isn’t a job they couldn’t take on.

Clean up- after hauling out all the wood they raked my yard, picked up all the sticks, blew out all the chip debris & took that away as well. Made sure I was happy before they left also.

GREAT WORK by Bob and his crew. They returned my first call for a quote immediately and quickly scheduled a consult--even coming by later in the day to accommodate my work schedule! (This was great as I had received 3 no-call-no-shows from other tree companies.) They quickly sent me a quote and we scheduled the work. These guys are wild! Exciting to see them set up and take some of my big trees down. They took their time to safely remove one large Oak and two large Cherry trees from near my house. Fantastic cleanup after. Thanks again for GREAT SERVICE! I'll be happy have them back again in the spring to remove a few more.

they did one tree for me very happy with it but I needed 2 more but could not get a hold of them to do their others

Really liked Mike and his crew, they did great work the first time I called them out to remove 2 pine tree's and a stump in early 2016, latter that year, they gave me a quote for another large tree in my yard and removal of part of the neighbors tree hanging over my fence, however, he never make it out to remove them. This year, I called at the beginning of the year in the hope's last years no can do's would be first on the agenda this year, then proceeded to call 3 more times throughout the year, (and again just 2 weeks ago), not even as much as a call back. Don't know what I did to piss him off, but I wont recommend him to anyone or spend another minute worrying about it.
Always like to spend our money locally and he lives like 3 miles away, don't have time for the nonsense.

These folks are awesome!!! Every experience I have with them is friendly. One time they cut me a stump off of a tree, so I can chop my would on it. Then they gave me a punch card for a free bundle after my 6th punch (coming to get that next). Then Mike gave me a bunch of free bark to light my fires from a scrap pile. Get your wood from these folks for sure!!

Words cannot justify how pleased I am with this company. They were faced with an impossible situation and a very limited area to work with. Mike did an amazing job and Roger is the most naturally gifted leader of and team I’ve ever worked with in any industry. We’ve had a dozen contractors work on our very old home fixing it up over the past 17 years and none of them worked with us as well as Erie Tree Company did. We had five companies look at this job and four of them refused to do it stating that it Exceeded their capabilities personnel and equipment. I would strongly recommend this company to anybody and plan on using them in the future as we have an Aggressively wooded area that requires yearly maintenance . Do yourself a favor and don’t waste your valuable time like I did researching unqualified unprofessional companies that overpromise and under deliver. In short, this company met and exceeded our standards and they exemplify their industry and represent their company extremely well.

Hired Erie Tree Service to trim up some older silver maples in our yard. They called the evening before to let us know they were coming, showed up promptly, and very safely, did an excellent job. Even took away some previously cut wood that we trimmed ourselves out of a much smaller tree. Completely cleaned the work area. Would not hesitate recommending this company for ANY size job!

Called to have a stump ground and remove a bunch of limbs from cutting down a couple trees, great price, showed up an hour after I called, and was done within a couple hours. Saved me a ton of work! Would definitely recommend them!
