I came home to find my water heater was leaking on a Friday night after midnight! I called several plumbers Saturday morning and Creggers was the only one who could come right away. Jayden did a great job installing my new water tank and a new main water valve (which he recommended as my old valve was over 40 yearss old) for my home. He’s very skilled and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with the service.

Highly recommend! Our tech Jake was great! This was our first maintenance appointment and Jake was meticulous in checking all of our equipment and completed a hot water tank flush. We want to update a couple of items and Jake took the time to go over the estimates with me prior to wrapping up our visit.

Jayden B. from Cregger Plumbing did a fantastic job replacing my water heater. He readily assessed the project with me and discussed other items around the system. He addressed an issue on my gas line for me quickly and easily. He is a friendly person and diligent technician, patiently answering some of my other home plumbing inquiries.

Cregger was highly responsive and quick to help. The water heater brand they install is State. The price was in the ballpark of other plumbing quotes that I received, but was a bit higher than expected. However, it felt more at ease having a more experienced person address the natural gas lines, and Jayden’s attitude and insight was reassuring.

I would recommend Cregger in the future.

I called for emergent plumbing services and was met with understanding as they placed my service at the top of the list. Ethan arrived quickly and was transparent with the pricing and outcome possibilities. He was friendly and considerate of the cleanliness of my house by wearing shoe coverings. Ethan even helped me with cleaning up by carrying the heavy bags to the dumpster for me.

My plumbing system was a ticking time bomb when I bought my house. I knew it had issues, but the freezes of this cold 2026 winter was the event that took it all out.

I had multiple pipe bursts, a sewer line that was rusted out, a failure where the new pvc pipe met the original 1948 cast iron pipe. All this was due to poor workmanship years before when the plumbing was last redone.

The plumber sent out, Jacob B, was amazing. He went through my entire system and made it basically a brand new piping system. He was always upfront, and made sure I got reasonable pricing.

I am a professional engineer and used to manage facilities, so I can also vouch for the quality of the workmanship. It was a massive job, done as quickly as it possible could have been done, to a high workmanship standard, and for a reasonable price! It’s so rare to find a company that does all three.

Plumbing Serviceman, David K, was punctual and professional. He answered EVERY QUESTION I asked in a compassionate manner even though a few may have seemed that I was questioning his procedure.

Hopefully, I won't ever need to use them for this type of service again but I would refer them to others.

Called Cregger plumbing for a leaking hot water heater and they sent Jayden out within a couple hours. He was very professional and polite unfortunately I needed to replace the tank. Was happy I had the right guy for the job. Had us taken care of in no time and had hot water soon after that. I had a slow drain in my tub, I called Cregger Plumbing because they had great reviews. The going rate was around what most plumbing company charge so I gave them a try. They came out the next business day and offered timeframes that were convenient for my husband and I work schedule. Once the plumber was on the way, a picture was sent of the technician so I knew who to look for and felt more comfortable letting him into my home. Dominick came right in and cleared and snaked the drain. He gave my husband and I tips for next time (which we appreciated being first time homeowners). I would highly recommend asking for Dominick and I would use this service in the future.

We had a great experience with Cregger today, specifically, with Jayden Brown. We had a leak in our basement. A different plumbing company had initially checked it out and was unable to find where it was coming from. Jayden quickly figured out the problem and was able to fix it the same day! He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use Cregger for future needs and would recommend them to anyone

I had an urgent plumbing issue with my hot water and Cregger was able to schedule me next day. They even called me when a cancellation occurred and was able to get me in first thing in the morning! Josh was my technician and he was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He restored my hot water, did an excellent job installing the required valves, and educated me on the shut off process.

Jayden deserves all five stars and possibly a parade. He traveled far and wide, over every inch of icy road Michigan could throw (in route), just to arrive at my home and rescue me from a ceiling-ruining, trim-destroying, morning-routine-obliterating disaster. Professional. Experienced. Honest. Kind. Friendly. Efficient. Trustworthy. Basically the avengers of home repair, but without the property damage. I’ll be recommending him to friends, family, strangers, and anyone who even mentions the word “leak”. And yes, I’ll absolutely hire him again… assuming I can face the shame of knowing y’all are reading this very accurate, articulate and inspiring review. Also, Cregger Plumbing did send me four requests for a Google review (I feel honored, even though I know I was the one who was delaying so much that I had to be reminded), I hope this will suffice! :)

We have used Cregger Plumbing for years. Josh came out to replace our kitchen faucet and shower head. He did a great job. Very professional and courteous. Job was done quickly and he clean up after job was done. Highly recommend.

Booking a time online for someone to come over for a quote was very simple. Josh arrived at my house on time, listening to my needs provided suggestions and proceeded to create a plan and a quote for me to review on site. I was able to accept the quote at a later time online so there was no pressure to accept it on the spot. Once the quote was accepted the office gave me a call and we were able to schedule the work very quickly. Josh arrived at the expected time to my house and again he was great to work with and made sure we were on the same page every step of the way. The final work looks great and he left the work area as clean if not cleaner than how he found it.

Overall Josh was a fantastic plumber who listened, provided feedback to make sure everything worked as well as possible. It was a pleasure working with him and I would recommend him and Cregger Plumbing.

Definitely recommend Cregger. We signed up for a membership last December and it was definitely worth it. Having an older home, having the membership helped keep up with the maintenance and to make sure everything is working and running smoothly. Paul came out to take a look at our furnace and fixed it within less than 30 mins. He was very knowledgeable and walked through what was happening.

We had a great visit from Paul today regarding some leaks in our new house. He was super friendly, really knowledgeable and gave us some new homeowner tips of things to look out for, quick fixes and then he was able to fix our toilet leak quickly and left it very clean. Really appreciated his work and we were able to schedule this morning and he was here within the hour. After many recommendations from friends regarding Cregger, we would also recommend them and Paul.

Very professional guys, knowledgeable, and very personable. Probably the best major installation project we’ve ever had! Great job by Peyton, Raymond and the other gentlemen who I didn’t catch his name. They were definitely working hard to complete the project in a timely manner but didn’t rush any of the tutorials they gave us. 5 stars for sure. Cregger always has great employees! 👍🏼

Cregger came same day we called. Plumber they sent, Joe, was excellent. He replaced parts, diagnosed a leak that other plumbers could not. He was quick and thorough on repairs. Very pleasant.
Telephone schedulers were very pleasant & helpful. My only reservation was the cost, which seemed high for the relatively simple repairs. I would still highly recommend the company, with that caveat.

I contacted Cregger for a leak in my disposal and sink and they were able to get somebody to take a look at it within less than a day. Everybody from the technician, Tim, to the people I spoke with over the phone were very friendly and professional. Tim was able to identify and fix the issue with my sink and disposal within an hour. Overall, my experience with Cregger was excellent and I would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
