Lisa & team did a great job cleaning my house after a furnace fire. Extremely punctual and thorough with everything. Also very respectful during the entire process! Great crew.

Called for a quote on cleaning out and protecting my crawl space. It was a job reccomended to me to have done when I had my home inspection. Adam came out same day and got me the quote. Made sure to explain everything that would be done. We set a day, he had his guys come out and do the job. Less than a day of work, they left no trace of them being here and the crawl space looks great! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing help!

After a smell in my laundry room, had my plumber (from another company) try and upsell me and scare me into ripping my drywall apart to find a "leak" for no reason.
Called Adam's for second opinion. Their guy arrived quickly, checked it out, used actual equipment to detect moisture and confirmed I did not have wet walls, nothing to fix. He was able to explain everything very well. Even suggested a fix for the smell, which worked.

Honest, professional, and I appreciate them not trying to rip me off for services I don't need. If I ever do have water damage, I will absolutely come back to you guys.

Adam and his crew were efficient and knew just what to do on a very bad day when my crawl space flooded. They surveyed the damage, walked me through the process, and got straight to work to get the water out immediately to prevent it from getting to my hvac system. Every interaction was pleasant. It was 6PM on a Saturday when I realized my basement was flooded and called Adams Complete Cleaning and Restoration. I spoke with John and he was at my home at 7PM to assess the problem. He discovered my sump pump was no longer working and he had a plumber at my home at 8PM to replace it. John’s crew was professional worked through the night to dry out my home and remove damaged items. Great customer service! Definitely recommend their services.

The entire Adams crew were fantastic to work with when we suffered roof damage during a storm in early June. I have NOTHING but POSITIVE words to share about Adams! Within two hours of contacting my insurance company Adams was at my home surveying and in less than an hour, a team was here cleaning!! The team,, Cheyenne and Hunter were highly professional and extremely friendly. They called every morning to give me an ETA and they always showed up with a smile!
In the midst of my clean up, I had another bad experience with water in the basement due to my AC unit. Instead of leaving me in a pickle, John and Adam determined it was necessary to extract the additional water and dry out my basement at no charge! They also left a fan for my family and I to use until the AC was repaired! Their thoughtfulness and kindness will ALWAYS be remembered and shared!

John Johnson managed our claim and did a phenomenal job. We discovered a flood directly after closing on a house, huge bummer obviously. Working with John was great though - the crews he brought in for cleanup and restoration were all friendly and professional, and the whole process was far easier than I would have imagined. John cared that the job was done right and we're very happy with how everything turned out.

We had a tree fall on our home. Adams showed up very quickly after I contacted them. They coordinated with our insurance and got right to work. They got a tree service to clear around 20,000lbs of tree from our property, had specialized cleaners remove damaged items and had our house boarded up and protected from the elements that same day. We could not have been more pleased with the job they did and will continue to work with them to fix the damage on the exterior and interior of our home.

I can't say enough great things about this company, we had a pipe break in our basement and John from Adams came in and handled everything like a pro! Very professional, clean and respectful of us and our home. We were totally overwhelmed and John helped us handle every aspect, including dealing with the insurance company. They were paid for their service awhile back and John is still helping us tie up loose ends. Amazing company and amazing employees, I highly recommend their services.

I called Adams Complete Cleaning & Restoration on 08/06/2021 to conduct an estimate of how bad the mold is in my crawl space, utility room, and family room. They sent a technician out the same day to take pictures of my home. I never received any phone calls back in regards to the photos taken of my home. I waited 3 weeks for a response. I called again on 08/18/2021, I was then informed that they will not give me my estimate despite not informing me of any prices. I needed this information to give to my lawyers from a negligent job a plumber did, Adams Complete Cleaning has made the situation worse with the companies lack of information. Customer service is terrible I received a disrespectful and non professional response of " estimates are not free" when I simply asked about the status of my estimate. I would not recommend service from this business. They are not professional at all.

Owner the response you presented is a complete lie. Adam never offered me the opportunity to pay for anything or presented to me a rough estimate as you claim when you came to my home. His response to my original request was " The Owner doesn't want to get involved in legal situations". I never asked you to get involved in ANY legal matters period, I just expressed my situation at hand, and stated this matter was of importance to me and my family. You owner took it upon yourself to not service me at all out of fear. I also presented my contact information on your website to reach out to me personally. You still have not contacted me to resolve this issue at hand in regards to the horrible communication your team seems to produce!

We have had Adams Complete Cleaning and Restoration work on two of our homes. Once for carpet cleaning and once for a mold problem. Both times they performed beyond expectations. Everyone from the managment to the workers ons site were professional and thorough.

I had a raccoon get into my roof and cause some damage to my home. Adams took care of the entire process of restoring my home. The communication was some of the best I have experienced when dealing with a business. Chris would always keep me up to date on what was going on and when things were going to take place. I was able to call and would always receive a timely response. Dealing with issues involving your home can be very stressful. It was good to be able to deal with a business that actually decreased the amount of stress my family was dealing with. Everything they said they would do, was done with excellence. John and the crew did an amazing job cleaning up our home after we had a kitchen fire. They worked with our insurance company and made the process so easy. We had a kitchen fire which Adams was contracted by insurance to restore... and we decided to stick with them (could have contracted our own restoration services). Adams was professional and thorough. Not everything was perfect the at first pass, but they fixed what we were not pleased with. Some of the sub-contractors could have been better, but all in all, we were very pleased at the end result.

Adams complete cleaning and restoration is a true blessing! When a 30,000 lb tree branch fell on our house, they quickly mobilized to make our day as stress free as possible. We had a wonderful experience with this company! They were referred to us by one of our employees who used them for a residential basement flood and were very happy with those services provided. We are a business that had some flooding this past summer and they were extremely responsive and had a crew here within hours. They were very professional and got the job done very quickly!
