The repairs were done really properly and the parts that were damaged today seem a lot better than they did before the damage occurred. Overall we were really happy with the service we received.

Got a roof replacement from Essential Construction, everything about the experience was great. I received an honest quote, the work was done very efficiently, the team was very respectable and cleaned up after themselves well. I had no cleanup after the work was done. Shingle quality is fantastic. I have no complaints. It was a great decision to choose Essential Construction. If you want to work with an honest local business, this is your choice.

I had SAI incorporated do a structual assessment of my basement. Groundworks company formally known as foundation systems of michigan said i needed $32,000.00 dollars worth the repairs in my basement. Nicklaus from SAI did the structual and said my basement is okay. I highly recommend SAI for structual assessments for your basement, this is a great company. I had to spend $1,290.00 for a certified letter... it's a piece of mind... and better that spending $32,000.00 on repairs that are not needed. Ask for, Nick, he's great.
