Jason runs a great company. We use them for all our commercial work. I have also used them at my home. Top notch work and company.

We lost a large part of a tree in the big storm two weeks ago. It took out our electric mast and hook up. We had an estimate at 3pm and the jib completed at 4:25pm quickly and professionally

I contacted 360 Electrical because I needed some new outlets installed and electric to my garage evaluated and fixed. The new outlets included specifically a new plugin for a dishwasher as I was doing a kitchen remodel. I asked in the initial evaluation of my home for the dishwasher to be placed on it's own breaker. Initial quote was $1200 as Electricians are time-based paid. I was told services would take a day and there may be digging taking place to ensure power to my garage was fixed. The day of the work they sent 2 guys who were here about 6 hours, no digging required for the garage as that was already done by prior homeowners, garage power just needed plugging in. Was told dishwasher was all setup and ready to go, even asked them to label the new breaker for it. Bill came back $1800!! Had to contact them to ask for a review, was given a $205 discount. Few weeks later upon dishwasher install we notice power keeps tripping to it when we try to run it. Had to call and have them come back to check it. This resulted in another $253 bill! Was told GFCI was bad and needed to be replaced, the guy also caught an issue with my side door light that the previous guy couldn't figure out. Craig advised a more experienced electrician could catch those things but the more experienced guys aren't always available. So as the customer I had to eat the cost of a less experienced electrician. A couple days later I go to install a grill fan cover in my upstairs bathroom and go to shut the breaker off. Low and behold I can't find my upstairs breaker because they wrote DW over it for "dishwasher". I was confused because I'd asked for my dishwasher to be put on it's own breaker!! I contacted them again because this was another mistake and instead of a call received an email about why I was wrong as the customer and that my scope of work had changed etc. So $1800 later I still don't even have what my main original ask was for - dishwasher on it's own breaker. My upstairs power was joined with the dishwasher, so if something trips with the dishwasher i now will lose my upstairs power. They couldn't care less and it's up to me to shell out even more cash if they come fix it even though I technically already paid for this work to be done. Save yourself the headache and contact a different company.

Electricians showed up 3 hours late with no heads up after expressing that they would be there promptly at 8am. Charged me quite a high price for a 15 minute visit, and said nothing when I expressed frustration with the lack of communication regarding timing.

I cannot say enough about this family operated business. I've sent coin acceptors in for repair for well over 20 years from my 3 car washes. Fast turnaround time at a very fair cost. If they receive a unit past it's lifetime and too costly to fix, they will phone you. That just happened on a 10+ year old unit. I told Sarah to 86 it and thanked her for the contact. I received an envelope in today's mail with my quarter and token from that bad Slugbuster. Completely unexpected but totally appreciated. It cost more for them to send it back to me than the coins are worth. Honesty and integrity. This is the level of service that you can expect to receive from Parker Engineering.

On behalf of the surrounding neighborhoods, your business was originally a quiet school property, now the traffic, noise, and general looks of this area has been greatly disregarded,,trees would at least hide the large industrial equipment storage area we now have to look at,, and apparently Kenowa school system or City of Walker, cares less whom they sell to, as long as they’re making money 🙄

Terrible employee driving company can at Lowell exit on 12/20/2019. Guess he should have skipped the gas station stop if he was running late.

This is a group who is crossing Kellogg Picket lines. It is a shame that they are based in Michigan, however when issues arise within their communities and you are not getting any support. Dont be surprised because of doing stuff like this. People notice who is standing up for whats right and whats wrong

For someone who drives a company vehicle with the name plastered all over it, you would think they wouldn’t tailgate and then pass in a no passing zone when the roads are still a mess and icy from the huge storm that just passed through.
