I am the head trustee for my church. I hired DHE to install new heating and cooling units at my church. One of those units became a nightmare for us and for six years have given us constant problems. The unit manufacturer was zero help and washed their hands of the problem. DHE on the other hand has worked with us trying to resolve the issues best that they could even putting in many hours of labor without charge to help us. They have been outstanding in my opinion. As a church we decided to replace the bad unit , a hard decision as it is expensive to do. We are staying with DHE to install a new unit, different brand, because we feel DHE has been fair and stood with us through all our problems with the bad unit. I would recommend DHE to everyone. They do good business.

Seriously cannot say enough good things. Had a clogged kitchen sink which was flooding our dishwasher and they were here within 10 minutes and had it fixed within the hour!

Guy with long blonde hair like pony tail long was saying very disrespectful things at bar that made me feel very uncomfortable in the wayland area and the comments were towards women and they were very disrespectful, DHE should look at who they hire because its disgusting, and if this company was smart they should weed out this individual because its embarrassing

I called about 5 Plummer’s and they were the only ones to answer. Schedule a time for the next day, Nate was right on time came in knocked the job out and even let me watch to show me what the problem was. Highly recommend.

Was very pleased with the service we received from DHE (Nate). He was very thorough and willing to answer my questions on a couple of other plumbing needs we will need in the near future.

Yesterday I was in the gas station right in front of the location of this business. Two of the workers were in there in their sweatshirts with the DHE logo on them, not wearing a mask! Absolutely not acceptable, What they do now in their uniform is their own business but they were representing their business at that time.I would never let these guys into my home or business knowing that they are going in public not wearing masks they are putting all of their customers at risk!!!

As a customer of DHE Plumbing, you should be aware of the lack of professional standards and ethics being practiced by this company. Please allow me to explain.

I was a very small customer of this company until recently when they refused to correct a faulty air conditioning installation. The defective solder joint on a residential job should have been identified and corrected at the time of the installation, but their oversight has cost me $700 and countless hours of discomfort due to their callous refusal to correct the problem. This is a small amount of money for a large company, but it is a large amount for the little guy left holding the bill.

The company who repaired their mistake stated that they would have stood behind their work if they had done the installation, even after 4 years. However DHE refused to accept responsibility for their mistake and moved on to their next victim...maybe you?

If they won't own up to a $700 mistake, how will they handle your company's concerns when your contract is worth thousands or millions of dollars? Probably not something you should have to worry about, but you should reconsider your continued relationship with DHE Plumbing.

Trevor came out and fixed a residential sewage back up for us today. He was very professional, seemed to be very knowledgeable, and was prompt with his work. We were pleased they were able to get to us within an hour and a half of calling them and making an appointment. This is my first time needing to hire a plumber so I don’t have anything to compare with, but was pleased with the work. $295 for a drain clean out and camera seemed pretty reasonable for the work that was done!

DHE has done it again! Come to the table! Rescued our horse farm! On a Holiday weekend!!! Thank you Mike! Your knowledge, work ethic and professionalism is out of this world! Our community is truly blessed to have access to a company of this caliber.

Nate from DHE came out to unclog our drains after Mountaineer Plumbing couldn’t fix anything over two days with three separate technicians and charging us close to 1600$.

In less than an hour Nate had everything clear without redoing or undoing anything. He was able not only unclog the drain but give us detailed instructions on to help avoid the situation in the future as well as what to do maintain healthy drain life. He walked us through what he was doing and why it was being done that way.

Not only was DHE incredibly professional and easy to work with, but the work was quick, affordable and done right.

Huge shout out to Noah from DHE. EGR has been replacing all the remaining lead water lines and DHE was contracted to do the new main valve installs on the new lines. Mine needed a bit of adjusting and DHE and Noah were very prompt and attentive to the follow up call.

I had a great experience with DHE Plumbing! I will use them as my "Go-to" for any plumbing issues from now on. They are professional and most importantly, HONEST! I also got an opinion from another company in Grand Rapids. They tried to take advantage of me. Trust is a major factor when it comes to business. DHE has my trust and because of that, I will give them my business. I highly recommend DHE Plumbing to my friends, family, and the public. Nate was the guy who came out and was a true professional. He checked things out and explained everything thoroughly. He's 10/10. Great customer service and workmanship! They should give him a raise! Thank you, DHE Plumbing and Nate!

Always very happy with the work performed by DHE Plumbing & Mechanical. Recently had Matt Basler do a back flow test and he also replaced a leaking vacuum breaker drain valve. He arrived ahead of schedule and did a fantastic job. Received the invoice in the mail today and pricing was very reasonable. The only nitpick I have is that DHE doesn't seem to allow for online payments. Not a big deal but something that would be nice to see in the near future. Thanks Matt, and thanks DHE for continuing to be a reliable and trustworthy plumbing resource for our Hudsonville community. 👍

you guys have a truck driving down 28th street east bound and no one will answer the phone. that truck is losing shit out of a small door in the back and none of you will answer your phones. thats pathetic someone is going to get hurt and the lack of response is insane.
