Factory service said their power would take 2 weeks to get, B&Z had it in stock and got it done the next day.

Ken was very professional, fixed the washer and wash tub drain issues and explained the process along the way. He even tried to come out a day earlier which was much appreciated. We have relied on B & Z for years and highly recommend them.! Thank you

I had this company come to repair my refrigerator three times. Each time they said something different was wrong and charged me each time. The original issue of not making ice has happened again. I would not recommend this company under any circumstance.

A&E came out 4 times and couldn't fix my French door refrigerator.
B&Z was able to find the problem, ordered the parts and fixed it.
