Jermaine and his crew did a great job cleaning up the water damage to my basement in June of 2021. They were very responsive, professional and I feel like they gave me a competitive price for their services. I would not hesitate to contact them again if the need were to arise.

Was a bit thrown back when after mentioning bank will handle their payment, they insisted to stop by to pick up payment.

(Rainbow submitted invoice to my insurance vs sending me a bill, day of service I didn’t receive any receipt or paperwork for their work- I couldn’t even remember their company name after sometime searching) I had no previous experience of such service and I assumed I’d have a bill in the mail, never received one - and they even came to my door like mobsters. lol
We were finally able to reach eachother for payment.

I do recommend this company for their good work.

I just want to say how amazing and professional this experience was for me. This company went above and beyond to help me out. They have been quick to reply and did a perfect job drying & cleaning the basement.

Andrew and his team were wonderfully helpful when we needed it most. We had had water damage from the second floor bathroom that ran through the main floor and into the basement. They responded quickly and did exactly what was needed to dry our home out. They went above and beyond and had excellent communication every step of the way.
