I am so pleased with my entire Gutter Gators experience. They communicated quickly, kindly, and thoroughly. When some hidden rot was discovered in the wood on my house, they stayed late and came back that very Saturday to finish up the extra, unexpected work for us. The finished product is beautiful! I couldn’t be happier with them.

Emailed them multiple times trying to get a quote for gutters on my new house. They said multiple different days that they were going to get it to me that day and they have yet to send me anything. It’s been about a month since I first emailed them

Never showed up to give me an estimate on gutters told me he'd be there over the weekend never showed up I messaged him said he be there Monday never showed up messaged him again he told me that he had 70-plus people in front of me and I needed to wait patiently yeah no communication at all definitely do not recommend this company at all

I couldn't believe how fast they made it out. They did great quality work, fast and efficient. Very detailed oriented, couldn't be more pleased with their work!

Fast install and I liked that I did not have to deal with a salesman who wanted to redo the whole exterior of my house when I only wanted gutters.

We were treated as an inconvenience. It was a 30' straight gutter. It looks great now that it's done, the work was very good, but he was lacking in customer service.

We were told several times he would come do an estimate before he actually showed up, which wasnt a big deal at the time. He gave me the quote and said he could do it anytime, it would only take 10 or 15 minutes. May 7th he said he could do it the next afternoon or for sure by the end of the week. We said sounds good, we were on vacation that week anyway. We heard nothing more until we got back from vacation on the 13th and saw no gutter still. So we asked and he said he could do it tomorrow the 14th. Got home from work on the 14th to no gutter. Asked again, he said he would do it the next morning and finally did. Again it looks great, but dragged on a full week. I can understand being behind because we had a lot of rain that week that probably backed him up. But we had no communication from him when he missed dates until we asked. Which is not very professional.

He also said he would leave a bill when he was done, which he did not do. So it was confusing when he sent more than a dozen messages, within 24 hours of work being completed, complaining we didn't pay yet. He claims he told us to tape a check to the door? Who does that? That check would have been taped to the door for an entire week while we were on vacation and he continually failed to show up. Regardless, there was never such a request from him, we have a very clear text from him saying he would leave a bill after the job was done. When my wife told him she was at work and couldnt "meet him at our house to pay right now" he complained that we were in "such a rush to get a gutter but in no rush to pay". It took him over a week to complete his "10 minute job" and us a day to pay. Sorry for the giant inconvenience. We wont bother you again you can bet on that.
