Came over faster than they even expected and got my toilet reset in under an hour!

I’d give these guys a 10+. They arrived on time, checked out everything and explained what needed to be done, and quoted me the price. Cleaned up afterwards. They were very professional and courteous. I would recommend this company to anyone that needs help with clogged drains and any other plumbing problems.

Very impressed with Nick and Eli. On time, very pleasant and showed concern for my plumbing issues and corrected them . Very customer centered and completed the project quickly. Talked about another plumbing issue and will definitely be scheduling another appointment and will be requesting that Nick be sent out on that job too. Thanks Nick and Eli !!

The guy you sent over get a great job. Great personality. Good at his job only took an hour. The only thing that was wrong is paying $425 and a $75 off dollar coupon is a little bit much don't you think?

Cannot recommend these guys enough. Nick is professional, honest, and very informative with all aspects of the job. They had a small hiccup (not their fault) that required them to work an extra hour and get extra parts, beyond what they originally quoted and didn't charge anything extra for the service. As a Realtor, I know I'll be using them for myself and future clients.

These three gentlemen, and l repeat, GENTLEMEN, went ABOVE and BEYOND, to repair the problems l had😄 They were extremely respectful of my property, took great precautions to keep it nice, totally cleaned up after their work. They informed me every step of the way of what was happening, and provided Awesome suggestions and information to help me understand every process. Cam was very personable, experienced, was on time, went to work and did a good job. If we decide to pursue the options he gave us we will certainly consider East End Plumbing.

Plumber needed to reschedule due to the duct work needing to be removed first.
Then a few days later I received a quote for over $5,000. I would have been surprised had it been $1,000! I'll do it myself in a few hours. Replace ols PVC in about a four foot area with new Pvc and less connections. I liked the guy who came out. He was nice, polite and seemed knowledgeable. I said I would remove the heat duct for him and the drio ceiling tiles I would lay plastic on the floor. All I wanted done after I do all that was to cut out what was there and replace it with new and wuth fewer couplers. I occasionally get leaks maybe a couple times a year. Anyway, No way is this job worth over $5,000! No way!

5 stars for East End Plumbing! They came out same day and were able to fix my plumbing issues. I was very impressed with their team. They were very knowledgeable, kind and not pushy at all. Highly recommended!

Prompt and efficient. Explained in detail about the gas line installation. I especially want to comment on my experience with Jeff. He made the entire process of installation go extremely well. He handled getting all permits and keeping me informed I requested that he tell all coming to our house that upon before entering our house they must remove shoes and were a mask. Upon arrival I asked the installation crew about my request and they assured me that Jeff told them of the request and they honored it. Great job Jeff we appreciate all you did to make the job site work fantastic.

Cohen and his team showed up promptly on time, listened to me explain what I thought was needed, explained and showed me what they found and resolved the issue quickly. They were respectful and knowledgeable and very eager to assist. I appreciate these two being sent my way.

They came to my home within 24 hrs, and fixed my septic pipe clog. They worked within our budget and were very friendly and professional. My husband and I will definitely call them again for future issues. Thanks guys!

The plumbers were very friendly and helpful. Work was done in no time I was unable to go downstairs to show them the damage. They took pictures before and after and show them to me very thankful for that. Very pleasant experience.

Just had an awesome experience with East End Plumbing. The guys who came out were super easy to talk to and friendly, right on time (even with me having to change the time), and they work fast. There were two possible outcomes and they were trying to make it the inexpensive one, and they succeeded. We're definitely using their services going forward.

Christian and Cam were great. Very knowledgeable and concerned about doing everything correctly. They did a wonderful job problem solving my issue and spent the extra time to insure all was well and we understood what was corrected and where the issue was located.
