They were late. They broke my fence post and never replaced it and crack my sidewalk. Now I keep having problems with that fence pole that they broke. They said they would bring a fence post over and NEVER showed up. That’s poor customer service if you ask me. And the address is a lie it’s not Michigan Center. His address is on Ellery and North st.

Had tree removal scheduled for Sept 10th called to see who to make out check to on 9th Danny returned called late saying they wouldn't be coming he had to clean up trees in a tornado area but would be here Thusday sept 13 or would call. No call and No show. This is unacceptable customer service as we cleared our day to be home both times. I will not reccomend

Maloney's Tree Service cut down a tree for us. They had to deal with berry bushes and a garden, were prompt, quick, and did exactly what we asked. We were very pleased and would recommend them to everyone.

We have had Dan Maloney out to our place multiple times for tree management. There are many reasons we have chosen to do repeat business with him. Professional, courteous, reasonable, thorough, and quick to get the job done. Highly, highly recommended!! You will not regret working with him or his employees.

I asked for, and received a quote for tree removal. I was very clear that I had a short deadline for getting this tree removed, because I had a construction project scheduled, and I could not have any delays. He said he could do it by my deadline. The day before he was scheduled to come out, I confirmed the time that he would start. On the scheduled day, two hours after he was supposed to be there he had not showed up. I texted to ask if he was coming and received no response. I tried calling several times with no answer. I did receive a pocket dial, shortly after one of my calls to him. I tried calling back, with no answer . Nearly 6 hours after he was supposed to to be there I sent a text, saying I needed to hear from him in 30 minutes or I was going to have to move on. I never received any response. I hired another company to do the work. When a person or business makes a commitment to be somewhere at a specific time, they should make every effort to show up on time, or in the event of some unforseen circumstance that prevents them from showing up they should at least notify the customer in a timely manner. Do not over promise then under deliver. I was lucky enough to find a service that could squeeze my job in on short notice. If I were not able to get the tree removed on time, then that would have pushed my construction project back several months, as my contractor has several jobs lined up behind my job. Maloney's chose to take the job, knowing the deadline and then completely ignored the deadline without any consideration for the inconvenience it was caused their customer. This will be the last time I even consider using them for anything.
