Austin was great! They were able to come out right away. The dog did some horrible damage and Accurate took care of it all!

Austin did an amazing job he came by him self and I was skeptical about only one person cleaning my carpet and boy was i wrong .... I had 2 people here about a year ago from Stanley steamer and my carpet was wet for 4 days and all my spots came out for about 2 days then they all bled back when Austin came he explained how much stronger there machine was and he was not lying he spent half the time Stanley did and got out way more of my pet strains and they did not bleed back . Accurate carpet cleaning is not shampoo but steam and a degreaser and boy do I understand the difference now I will only use accurate for tile carpet furniture and hopefullyI never need it but floods and mold too if I could give them 10 stars I would Austin even gave my kid a magnet and loveings to my dog thank you accuratecarpetcleaning you have a forever customer!!

Brothers Austin and Jaydon, actually made eye contact with me when speaking to me and they explained the process to me and quoted me a price range and explained why my job had a price range. I felt it was absolutely reasonable and truly understandable as to why there was a slight range so I agreed. Before leaving they even shook my hand - a good handshake too! Their scheduler, Jennifer, called me next to schedule. She made it so easy! The day before the work was to begin Jennifer called to confirm the appointment to begin the job the next morning and I asked my last minute questions. Even the boss, Jeff, got on the phone to reassure me! Seriously Accurate Carpet Cleaning Services is an amazing company!! The morning my job was scheduled to start their crew, (Jeff, Jennifer, Jaydon and Austin) arrived promptly and ready to go to work!! Their vehicles are really beautiful, clean and organized!! They began working immediately. They worked seamlessly in harmony with each other and with their power tools it looked effortlessly and so quick but also effective!! I am so very grateful for their services! They disinfected an entire basement!!! This included tearing out old carpet, padding, tack strip, cutting some baseboards where mold had grown, cutting drywall, steam cleaning, ect… I know there was much more they did but as you can see it was a big job. The smell is now so fresh and clean!! I will definitely use their company again in the future and I highly recommend them!!!!! We have gotten our rugs and couches cleaned by Accurate for a few years now. They always do such a great job and are reasonably priced! They’re super friendly and get the job done quick as well! Always a great experience with them
