Very bad customer service. As a general manager I Called the company for a service call like I have called many companies in the past. I Told them the issue that needed repairing and they said they would send someone out… next day I Received a call back telling us to lose there number and not to call them ever again and the person named Damion hung up the phone on us , like a child. . He was saying something about us trying to contact one of his technicians. Well obviously if we have a number with a name tilted TnT service technician and was giving that number from a technician at tnt you would call that number right ? but apparently these people have an issue with that. Paranoia at its finest. Anyways they are definitely not the best and also overpriced … I’ll be contacting the other companies now who appreciate the business cause these people definitely don’t.

We regularly send our customers here for service on their commercial restaurant equipment. Also have had some of our own equipment repaired with TNT. Always the best price and quickest response time!

An irresponsible company said they would come on Friday, then Saturday, then Monday, but on Tuesday, they called and said they couldn’t come because the oven is so old. We contacted another company, and the maintenance was completed within two hours,

Response: literally every part of your reply is false including the date, the total and what was done to the machine. No point in responding to liars so I’ll just leave it at that.

Had them service my dough sheeter. They replaced 2 small parts and “thoroughly” cleaned it. Charged me almost $700. Plugged it in to try it and the first dough ball had weird specs of dirt on there. Opened the cover and there was literally mold and debris all over the rollers and the inside. This thing was not cleaned. Parts were replaced and that’s about it. Not a good way to do business.

This place is a scam. Was charged $215 to tell me something I already knew. I was never told anything about service charge rates until after they came out. If it isn't warranty work, don't deal with these people!
