My experience with Air Force 1 was great. Very polite, knowledgable, reliable, prompt, and, clean. Would absolutely use again and refer to family and friends.

Our contractor used them for our new build back in the fall of 2019. Moved in March 2020 and realized our kids rooms were ice cold. Had a friend come out and noticed Air Force One didn’t hook up any duct work to the front half of the house. Called Nick because they were the company who installed this. Called multiple times with no response after the initial call when he said he would come out. Finally had to use a Google number because he was screening my calls…shocker he picked up on the first ring. Next year in spring of 2021, AC went out and I called a different company because I couldn’t deal with AF One anymore. Had to reinstall an entirely new electrical board on the furnace because of “poor wiring” at install. Fast forward now two years later and AC is out again. HVAC company came out today and said they need to re-wire the whole system, replace capacitor and contactor . Avoid AF One Heating and Cooling like the plague.

The owner is a very nice person, however there’s no follow through on what he says he’ll do. We bought multiple furnaces and air conditioners from him a couple years ago through our builder. The installation was great, products great, but getting him back to do service has been a months long process of phone calls and text messages that resulted in promises to schedule a service call, then nothing. I’m finally giving up to pay someone else to do it. Not a company to call if you would like service after your initial large investment.

My attic insulation was inadequate, making my top floor an oven. They suggested and installed proper insulation and now my AC cools evenly. Such smart advice!

They helped me understand the benefits of a ductless mini-split system for my sunroom, which was always either boiling hot or freezing cold. Now it's perfectly comfortable year-round, and I can actually enjoy that space! It's like they added a whole new room to my house.

I received quotes from 3 different companies. Briarwood was the lowest and yet they had a 5 year warranty on labor --- everyone else was 1 year. The installers could not have been any nicer and more professional. Afterwards they went over all of the changes that had made with me. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars.

My ac stopped working on a Sunday with 95 degree temps. I called Briarwood first thing on Monday and they were able to get me a service appointment in the afternoon.
Excellent communication with text updates all morning. Steven arrived around 1pm and quickly diagnosed the problem. He replaced the failed part, and the ac was up and running within 15 minutes of his arrival. Cost was quite reasonable.
Briarwood will now be my go-to for any heating and cooling issues. Highly recommended!
