I have had a great experience with this company. First Corey came out. Walked me through what I needed and how they would do it. They taped everything off with plastic. Covered the vents. Put tarp down my steps. And the guys were all very nice. Yes, I would use them again and tell others to use them. Very professional!!

Ben was great! He made dealing with my wet basement quick and easy. I was even able to finance the entire project which was a huge help being a senior citizen on a budget. I would highly recommend Ben and Foundation Restoration to anyone that needs help fixing their basement!

Foundation Restoration is truly an amazing company. My husband Scott left a review earlier. Randy, Alex, Casey, Sam are truly the most honest, hardworking, knowledgeable people in this industry we have ever had the pleasure to meet. We hired a different foundation repair company in 2020 to install helical piers and smart jacks and they totally made everything worse. They even tried to blame us for their company’s failures. Foundation Restoration came in and did the job RIGHT! Raising our home. Our floors are now level. We can close our interior doors properly again. Randy, Alex, Casey,Sam essentially saved our home! Pete from Foundation Restoration was crazy helpful. He could have recommended a solution costing thousands of dollars to stop our leak, and we would have not known any better. Instead, he dug deeper, and found that the issue causing our basement was nothing to do with our foundation, but actually a small hole in the caulk around our window frame! He spent hours of his own time, to ultimately help us solve our problem and charge us $0. Mind you, several other companies quoted us for a full system to stop the leak. But none of it was necessary! I’m happy to say our basement is now leak free going on two months despite many heavy rains. All because of Pete’s diligence and honesty. Foundation Restoration will absolutely be getting my call next time.

I had Josh and his team come out to do some work in my basement. I couldn't be happier with the work they performed and how I was explained in detail what was being done. The team was awesome! I called a few different places and Foundation Restoration came in the best price and fastest timeline. The crew was friendly and professional, I’m very pleased.

These guys are professional problem solvers that know how to build. The staff was great, from the office staff when you call - to the project managers that I worked with; Josh and Jeff. We ran into a few structural issues with our footing and they got creative to meet the requirements with less than ideal conditions, a very high water table which proved impossible to construct a traditional footing. We had to lift the house using another contractor and the team here worked in coordination without issue. They are thorough, respectful, and responsive. They care about there craft and it shows. I hope I don't need them for another project but would hire again and again.

These guys are amazing! Jacob came out to inspect our basement and talked through what we wanted from the project. He sold us a package that did exactly what we needed, nothing more, nothing less. He was very professional and followed up with us on a couple of occasions. The project was scheduled in about a month and the work completed in one day. The work crew were amazing and left no sign that they'd even been here. They kept us informed throughout the day as to what stage they were at. Thoroughly recommend!

My sister and I are handling our father's estate. We desperately need some basement work done before we can put the home up for sale. I called Foundation Restoration yesterday morning and was scheduled for a FREE estimate the very next day! Jacob texted before arriving. He arrived promptly at the scheduled time. Was so polite and knowledgeable, I liked him right away. He inspected the outside and then the inside of the basement. Brought up videos explaining the process and made sure that he answered all of my questions clearly. The quote was MUCH LESS than we anticipated. Phew! We were sincerely worried. I was so impressed with everything about this company that they will more than likely receive our business! (As an estate we need 2-3 quotes, if it were only up to me, he would have been hired on the spot.) A+ service!

We have an old cottage that was built in the 1930s. The crawl space has been damp and musty and we wanted to improve it. Randy came out and was very honest and thorough with his thoughts on what we needed to do. We had 4 other companies come out and they all just wanted to sell us more than we needed and tried to scare us into buying extras. Of course this work is expensive so I wanted to make sure we were doing the right thing and had many questions over the next few weeks while deciding. Randy was patient and never pushy. Every other company pushed us to sign the day of the quote.

The installers that came to our cottage we also patient. I had questions when they arrived and didn’t like the way two things looked. They patiently answered all of my questions and redid the two things that I was unhappy with and did not argue. They were very pleasant to deal with.

The project was finished two weeks ago so only time will tell with the quality of the job and product. However, Randy’s patience and attention to detail make me feel confident that we got a quality job.

**Update. We recently had a company treat the floor of our cottage. They had to enter the crawlspace. The manager manager came out after inspecting the wood and said, "We do that same kind of work and I have to tell you that whoever did that did excellent work. It's better than what our company does for sure." He was impressed.
