We solicited 5 bids for a complete home HVAC replacement.
Company after company sat at our kitchen table and tried to sell us a complete HVAC system with a laundry list of additional equipment options and features that sounded good on paper......but come at a price.
Boniface came in and actually measured the sq/ft of our home before making a single recommendation.
They explained, in a language we could understand, the pros and cons of all the additional HVAC options available, and said because of the way our home was designed and built, non of those pricey options would be beneficial for us.
Boniface recommended an HVAC system for "our" home, not something found In a color brochure.
We selected Boniface over 4 other HVAC contractors because they took the time to understand our home and sold us what we actually needed.

I came home from my third shift job and it was 76 degrees, clearly my ac was not working. It was Saturday and I began to panick. I have to get it fixed within 3 hours so I can sleep for my next shift. I called Bonifice and Jerry was so helpful and said he was on his way as he knew I had to sleep for another 12 hour shift. He arrived shortly after I called. He was friendly and thorough. Although he did not fix my problem he explained the electrical dilemma that I was in.
