Very professional and responsive to my repairs! I own and operate a few business and they have done a excellent job repairing our heaters and air conditioners.

Friendly. my heat went out the day they where coming out and they fix it till a part came in to give it the right fixing. I wanna say a week or so went by before they came back and once coming back it was the wrong size. This is the only part I’m upset about is that it’s December and took 2 weeks for this new part to come in. My heat went out this moring and they came back to fix it with the new part so I’m left to wonder how long they had this part. All and all I am happy with them just Confusing on why they let it ride out

We run a small business in Nashville. On one of these recent days when they morning temp was yet below zero, we noticed the temp inside was falling even though the heater was blowing. We called Hansbarger, who answered on the first ring. Even though he happened to be driving through town on the way to his next call during this busy time, he offered to stop and see what was what. Real nice serviceperson. Fifteen minutes later, the store was warming and our serviceperson was back on the road to their next call. Fast, professional and extremely reasonable rate. Highly recommend.

The most reasonably priced and best work of any furnaceman I have ever come in to contact with. In addition, my retired brother who used to be a furnace repairman, stated that he had never seen anyone to such excellent work. Perfect to the book.

If I could give a ten star rating they definitely deserve it Brian came right over same day of the problem inspected and found the problem unfortunately my grandma needed a new furnace but its definitely worth it from her old furnace putting carbon monoxide in the house . Next day new furnace was in and running thank you again for taking such good care of a 87 year old woman

We just purchased our new home a few months ago and never expected to have the furnace have any issues. I called and spoke with Cole and he was out within the hour to our home, gave us all the information on what the problem was and then came to install a new unit less than 24 hours later! Very professional, responsive and I have heat again with no disruption to our family!

We had them out back in April to fix our very old Sear heater and last week to fix our A/C. Both gentleman were very nice and repaired both units in a reasonable amount of time. Great service fair price! Thank you!

I have used this business a few times and the service is professional and at a relatively fair price. However the response time has been horrible. I've left several messages without any response back over the span of a few weeks just waiting for my ordered part to be installed. Everyone is busy, but a simple follow-up to tell people what is going on would be appreciated.
Update: within a few hours of posting my review, I was contacted on a different number as the previous phone was "lost" and so was my paperwork with information. My part was finally ordered and a solution made.

AC went out during an 80-90 degree week. I called 517 Heating and they were out the next day figuring out the issue. I have an 23 year old compressor and they found I only needed a new contactor. No talk of a new system and such. Very quick and professional service.

Highly recommend! Responded back to my message in a timely manner and came out the same day to fix our AC. Very pleased!
