On Site Specialty was there when I most needed them. Amanda helped me navigate the sudden traumatic death of my spouse and my home needed immediate restoration. Tim and Merv were kind, professional and explained everything to me. I highly recommend On Site Specialty for anything you need.

We had a flood in our main bathroom and the water traveled through our home like a great hurricane. ON-SITE Specialty Cleaning & Restoration Company took the S out of stress when it came to our home getting packed for our displacement. Cassandra came to our home to view the damages. She was so nice and understanding. She made me feel like everything was going to be OK. She sent Hannah who stepped in and headed the crew: Hailey, Devin, Gabriel, Alexis and Laura.
They packed my home efficiently and expeditiously. I have never seen packing using barcodes. In addition, everything was photographed, labeled and placed neatly.
Moreover, the crew had smiles and
was respectful and professional. Hannah made sure if I needed an extra box or zip lock bag to pack my personal things in to take with me I had it. She also listened to me. I told her how much my rock collection meant to me then my son left it on the side of our car. She saw it and brought it back in the house after we left.
That meant so much to me because she knew how much those rocks from all around the world meant to me. Thank you so much Hannah and the ON-SITE CREW! You get 5 Stars!

We are so thankful for our On-SiteTeam. Going through the stress of s house fire is hard on its own. On-Site has been very comforting, careful, compassionate and thorough. Martha, Germain, Nedal and Eddison were excellent.

Carlos, George, Raphael, and Shannon are all great. Very friendly and helpful. I had a sewage overflow on a Friday night and at 9am Saturday morning Carlos and George were at my house to clean up. They did a great job. Carlos was patient with all my questions and he explained the next steps very clearly so I knew what to expect. Carlos and George also went above and beyond by shoveling snow in front of my house and shoveling my driveway so they could get their van up to the house to clean. We had 10 inches of heavy snow, so it was not an easy task and not their job but they did it anyway! The team came by a few more times to continue cleaning and then to remove the fans and to strip my bathroom tile due to damage. They did a great job and were always nice to interact with. I feel very looked after by Shannon, Carlos, George, and Raphael. I highly recommend them and On Site.

I also had another On Site team unpack and clean and put back and take away the items that were damaged. Gabriel, Daniel, German, Verenice were great. And Remy was especially great. He was very patient with all my questions and my non preparedness. They all were friendly, worked hard and took care with my items and my house. I would definitely hire them again.

We had a small flood in our basement. I was not home at the time as i work overseas.
Their packing was so ramdom and wasteful, i.e. taking 2 small items from a big box, not to mention the extreme amount of "packing" paper. Its been a few months and im home now unboxing.
Sadly, there is some damaged items, and some large items are actually missing (not sure how that happens)
I also understand the crew didnt even speak english.
Not happy at all. Wouldnt recommend to an enemy

Clarissa, Martha, and Miguel, along with the rest of their team were PHENOMENAL. Honestly, I was dreading inventorying our house beforehand. But this team was so amazing. Great communication throughout the whole process, and really took the time and energy to find things that were important to us. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. I have so much gratitude and appreciation for all our whole team!

My parents were moving to assisted living and On-Site arrived to help them pack up their house, moved their belongings to the truck, and delivered them the next day at the exact time promised. Vann, German, Elias, Jacob, Dennis and Darrel were kind to them, hard-working, and ALWAYS asked my parents what to pack, what to leave behind, if it was sentimental or not.

Enida, Vanessa, Jocelyn, and Yami came to my house yesterday to pack out. They were timely, polite, efficient and professional. I definitely recommend them as a crew, and Onsite as a company. I am very impressed—and grateful.

Justin and the other two men on his crew showed up today to deliver nearly 200 boxes of items. These have been held in storage by On-Site for approx. three years following a massive basement flood following a severe storm. I received timely texts and phone calls from Justin advising of his arrival status. Once here he and his crew worked swiftly and carefully, carrying all the boxes to our newly renovated basement. The floors upstairs and down were very carefully covered, and the new stair railing and posts were wrapped with moving blankets to protect them from damage. Could not have been more pleased with how well this went and the great care they took. Should add that Shannon Lambert in the On-Site office has also been great to work with.....very pleasant, professional and attentive.

On-site was amazing and was very professional with the care of all of our items and took care to do so as we had a lot of glass wares and other fragile items. Martha. Veronica, Jose and Remi were courteous and so very nice. I highly recommend them to anyone and hopefully you dont need them but if you do you'll feel at ease when everything else around you seems to be chaos. The Louttits

Onsite has done a great job so far. We love Miguel and his team!!! While we were dealing with such a devastating loss and surreal event, Miguel and his team handled all of our possessions with care and respect. Miguel’s communication was excellent with us and with his team as well. I cannot express how comforting it was to trust Miguel and his team with all of the salvageable items in our home. Also, I didn’t feel like I had to oversee anything they did. I also love how Miguel made sure his team had the appropriate PPE on and made sure their safety was top of mind. We just received some emergency items that we really needed and everything returned was packed with care. Thanks to Remi, Miguel, and his team for everything you’ve done thus far <3!

Our house was demolished after a bad storm in August 2023. We cannot even believe how much of our items came back in wonderful condition. We are very happy and highly recommend this company.
