. Do yourself a favor and find another carpet cleaning company. Do not waste your time with theese people .

Great job, in and out in less than 30 minutes. The gentlemen were polite and efficient. I will definitely be using the company again and will reccomend them my furniture looks great.

Well the reasons the quote so low is because of the horrible service they Do . Had my carpets cleaned on Friday , today is Monday and my house stinks to high heavens . Kim the owner tells me it takes a few days for the smell to go away ???? Really ??? Then she tells me I can buy this spray till they make it down, I can buy what ?!?!?!? I just spent 88 dollars to get carpets cleaned ??? She proceeded to tell me how i was rude and can’t believe I run a business . All this while telling me she will send a crew down to re do my carpets , I said after five please I work and already took a day off for this once , should of been completed the first time right . She said I said between 3 and five and then said “know what I am done trying to help you !!!! “

Maybe she shouldn’t give lessons on customer service to me ——- if 88 dollars and bad publicity means that much to her I will gladly pay someone else to do the job right . Don’t be fooled by the cheap amount , sometimes you get what you pay for !!!

Once again Selective Carpet Cleaning came out and did a great job cleaning my carpet. I’ve used this company for years and highly recommend them.

We hired them to re-stretch and replace some padding for our basement carpet. The job was done quickly but after closer review, we discovered the carpet was lumpy and loose. Some tack strips are loose causing carpet to be loose. When we pulled back the carpet, we found old carpet underneath where there should be padding! WHO DOES THAT?!?! We tried calling twice to see if we could have our concerns addressed and corrected. We got the run around and never got the installer to schedule. They took our money, did a terrible job and never looked back. BEWARE!!!!!

Take this from someone that would never take the time to write a review. I’m so mad right now I wish I could record my review. This people came to my house the first time they came they did an ok job. Everything smelled and felt good and clean. After that we’ve used them 3 more times every time but having them come back to re-do something that they missed. The last time they came here it felt like they just ran through the house took my money and left. Literally a day after we bought a brand new cordless Dyson V11 Outsize and literally filled half of the bin in no time. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?????!!!!! So they said they would come back today between 12-2. Here it is 3:41pm, I rearranged my whole house so the can do their job and they’re nowhere to be seen. DIDN’T even had the decency to call and say they will be late which in my book is RUDE, INCONSIDERATE AND DISRESPECTFUL. As a US NAVY VETERAN I take accountability and discipline very seriously. I had to called 10 times before they answered and this lady start giving me a story about not being at the office. I understand if she was the one coming to clean my carpets but it’s not her, it’s a crew of employees. In my experience dealing and having people working for me there’s no excuse for wasting a customer’s time. If you can’t run a business in a responsible manner of if you need to micromanage your employees so they are on time or at least call customers when they’re running late then you don’t belong at that position. Have someone else that no matter what can keep your business running on time with 100% accountability. There’s no excuse for wasting my time AND MONEY. THERE’S 1000 more companies out there, pick a better one than this. Even if they offer me a whole lifetime of free cleaning I wouldn’t want them in my house or any of my Veteran brothers. I don’t care for any response from this business or for anyone to give their opinion. All I know is that disrespecting my time is never acceptable.

I bought a groupon to clean carpet in 2 rooms. They called me and made appointment for today between 1 PM and 3 PM. They did not show up, did not call, did not answer telephone. I removed everything I could from these 2 rooms and I tried to call them 3 times to no avail. I would not recommend them. How rude not to call. And, when I originally tried to call, they did not answer call and it took 2 days to return my call. Awful experience. Use at your own risk.

The company showed up over one hour later than the 4 hr window. No explanation or apology. The carpeting took 2 days to dry because it was soaked. The stains remained until my wife took care of them. To top it off, we even had new stains after he left. We’ve used this company before with good results but never again

I used Selective Carpet Cleaning and they did a great job. They cleaned all the rooms in my house including the stairs and hallway. My carpet looks brand new. I will definitely use them again. Great Service!

I do not recommend. I didn’t want to write this but I felt it was necessary to prevent it from happening to someone else. I have used this company several times and referred them to others. They are always pleasant. I bought new carpet and padding a little under two years ago. They came in to clean my carpet and it smelled as if they used sewer water to clean with. The smell is not fully gone. I have to continually use carpet fresh and candles! None of the few carpet stains came up.
