Lakewood Heating & Cooling is a great Company! They have great staff and techs that know what they are doing. I have had them work on my personal house, rentals, flip house, and my cottage. Great job. I was referred from a friend in the electrical line of work. Stated they do good work and without a doubt I should call them. I did they arrived early were a tentative to our concerns. Magnet is on the fridge and we will be using them again.

After waiting almost three hours for an emergency fix of our furnace, Dan of Canfield Plumbing of Lowell came out and fixed what they had broken. Meanwhile, Kyle of Lakewood Heating and Cooling of Woodland/Hastings was willing to come out and fix our furnace in Lowell after my having called Cody who used to work for Canfield Plumbing of Lowell. Apparently, plumbers work as a “band of brothers” willing to work for each other to help customers who need assistance on a moment’s notice. Thanks, Kyle and Lakewood Heating and Cooling!

This company is great to work with. We've used them several times and the are friendly and courteous. They were able to schedule an appointment right away and had the problem fixed quickly. We would definitely recommend this company.

They’re really good and nice and friendly knew what he was talking about but they tried to sell us a new furnace, which is I guess their job when we really don’t need it

We will be having Kyle at Lakewood back in acouple months to install a new furnace for us. He arrived early, was very knowledgeable and professional and we felt very comfortable with him in our home. Can't wait to have a new furnace for this winter and central air next summer !! Thank you Kyle

Scheduled service for a faulty water heater through Consumer's Energy appliance plan. I was contacted by the office manager to discuss my problems. She made sure to have the parts possibly needed on the repairman's truck. Repairman arrived as scheduled and was polite and professional. Turned out a part in my water heater was simply dirty which he cleaned. Will definitely do business with these guys again.

Lakewood installed a new furnace in April. When I turned on the A/C earlier this week, it did not come on. I called Lakewood to see if maybe something did not get connected for the A/C when they installed the furnace. That was partially the case. A connection for the A/C was loose. They had it fixed in about five minutes. Very good company. I highly recommend them.

Keith was very professional came in did the job and was very nice explaining what he had done. He was running a bit behind but I was kept informed the whole time. I would highly recommend.

I called this morning and a technician showed up before the time I was given. Very happy with the fast response.

The guys showed up in the time that I was given and got our new furnace installed and were very friendly and professional. They answered all of our questions and are just great people to work with!! Highly recommend them!!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!! My furnace had quit over the weekend. I contacted them Monday morning and John was at my door right on time. He went over everything thoroughly and was able to fix the problem right away. John was very good at answering any of my questions and was courteous and professional Made me really happy I contacted them and I would recommend them to anyone.

I recommend them to everyone I know! Very professional. They have a lot of knowledge about cost saving and energy efficient options. They don’t push products on you. I had them or for maintenance of my furnace and they fixed it and cleaned the system out for a lot less than what I would have thought. Plus they got it done quickly and it’s working better than ever! I’ll use them for all my heating and cooling needs :)

From the first call I made to this company until my final interaction day of county inspection, everyone was professional, timely & cordial. Keith come out to provide an estimate for a new furnace. He was dtailed, answered all my questions, then followed up with a written estimate. I compared it with two other estimates; one firm was much higher; the other was close to the same cost. I chose Lakewood because of both the detail on the written estimate & the higher quality make of the furnace unit itself along with their guarantee. Installation was completed in one day as promised.
My only criticism is the tech, Jeff, who put in the new programmable thermostat should know how it works. Instead I received a manual.
Still highly recommend Lakewood Heating & Cooling.

Kyle is soft spoken and instructed me to get chimney cleaned. Recommended I use sparingly until that is checked. He admitted that he was young and he would run it by the peeps who have more fuel oil experience. He said he is fairly knowledgeable but that being just 21 he doesn't have much experience with fuel oil units. I greatly appreciated how humble he is.

Keith was very transparent with repairs, pricing, and a quote for a new furnace. LaNae in the office was fantastic. She helped get a technician out to us quickly. They are our go-to place for any heating and cooling needs going forward, and we are purchasing a new furnace from them.
