We had the Transformed Tree design and remodel our kitchen. Things went pretty well, but no great. Communication seemed to be an issue throughout the process. They did not provide phone numbers to contacting thrm through the job. All communication was done through email or in person. We were not happy with the result of one portion of the job, and to this date (2 years later), they have not completed the repair. Travis was purchasing the business and we had hoped he would fix the poor stain job on our cabinet end. He said they would be back, but never did. For a $100k remodel, we had hoped it would be an amazing result.

We had a water backup in our basement on a Saturday night over a holiday weekend, and the team at ServiceMaster was incredible from the start. The on-call manager, Amanda, took the time to walk us through every step of the mitigation process, including what to expect when working with our insurance company. She answered all of our questions with confidence and made us feel prepared to handle a stressful situation.
Amanda showed up with her crew and stayed until the cleanup was complete, which meant a great deal to us. We truly appreciated the clear communication and thoughtful follow-up throughout the entire process. We would recommend ServiceMaster to anyone navigating a similar situation.

ServiceMaster did an outstanding job cleaning our carpets. The technicians were punctual, friendly, and clearly knew what they were doing. They walked me through the process, treated the space with care, and the results were better than I expected. Stains I thought were permanent disappeared, and the whole house feels fresher. I’m genuinely impressed with the quality of their work and would absolutely use them again.

I have used ServiceMaster of Burnsville/Eagan for several services(carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, window cleaning) over the past five years. Each time, the cleaning results have been excellent. The technicians are courteous and pleasant.
