City wide has Done a great Job for us through the years, not just in cleaning but in other areas as well like HVAC service, and plumbing.

Ryan and Mitch at City Wide do an outstanding job keeping my many buildings up and running. They are quick to respond to needs and their vendors are top-notch.

If you looking for success on your cleaning business than Stay away from (CITY WIDE) and keep working hard on your own than your lucky days will come one at a time.
I went to couple of their meetings and I learned enough to desmotívate my self of not to fall on their complete lies.
I was lucky to not sign any of their cheap offers.
Do the math on making decent profit with this company than you will realize you could do much better working at McDonald’s let’s just put it that way.

This company is for people who has zero knowledge of running a business and what a real business is about.
I am happy I waited and currently have 12 full time people on my payroll with my own accounts.
So be patient work hard and invest on your company and your business will grow it self so you don’t need to subcontract any account.

Horrible customer service, Heather Espinoza basically told my client that if they could not understand english they should stick to McDonalds Job, I read the contract and it was not requirement to work at this facility, my client understand basic English and came to me in order to have me explain to them about the job and requirements.
Heather is not doing a good job at her job, and hang up on our call when i was on the phone with her and my client going over terms and conditions on the contract, and again read the entire contract and there was nothing related to English been a requirement. It is obvious that is needed but there would have been other ways to address this and not beein irrational and childish about it.

Hired this company for our various offices, they do not do the work themselves they actually sub contract the work out. Subcontractors would sometimes bring their children to their premises also which is not very professional as well. The workers even spoke to one of my employees complaining how underpaid they were . Apparently citywide takes a large portion of the check we give to them . Other colleagues do not recommend them either. They claim they do background check but sub contractors can bring in family members without them knowing because they have keys to the buildings. DO NOT HIRE!!! IT HAS BEEN NOTHING BUT A NIGHTMARE FOR OUR COMPANY, THERE WAS THEFT AT OUR PLACE AS WELL AND WE CAUGHT A SUBCONTRACTORS SON WATCHING ADULT VIDEOS ON HIS PHONE IN ONE OF OUR EXECUTIVES OFFICES !! 0 Stars!!!

I really appreciate having Maghan on board. She is very helpful, particularly with special requests. She is prompt to responding when there is a problem and equally quick to help with any special requests--window cleaning, moving furniture, etc. Sergio's services are excellent as well and he is always willing to go the extra mile.
