My roof needed new shingles and I spent hours researching and contacting different roofing companies. He provided a copy of his liability insurance, pulled the permit, took pictures while doing the work to verify where he replaced the plywood and finished the roof on time and at the initial estimate. However it was missing the attention to detail. Initially when he left the first time, there were numerous spots where the roof was not even with the decking below and the edges where shingles were used as trim were crooked. I had to ask him to return to fix the shingles twice and gave up on having a quality job with attention to detail. I have found numerous nails in the yard and never received a final invoice. Also he had to come back to install soffits in the garage to get through the building inspection. Very nice guy but I would recommend finding a different company that takes their time to do the work.
