Really disappointed with the new supervisor hes awful. The last guy before him was great he would take good care of us and respond immediately but this new guy only sits in his car drinking pop and talking on his phone

I have worked with Provost Building Services several times over the last year for both final cleaning and weekly or bi-weekly cleaning of ongoing construction projects. Provost has met or exceeded my expectations in all situations time and time again. Their team is responsive, enjoyable to work with, and their communication is remarkable!

I was very impressed with how the American Rug Laundry cleaned the antique Kilim rug we found at an estate sale. They were upfront about what they could and could not do with areas that had colors that had run. They also let me know that it would take extra time with the pet urine stains that they found. Rick, especially, took extra care in making the rug a show piece. I highly recommend American Rug Laundry and will certainly use them again when the need arises.

Re-laying the rug should be a part of the service (chargeable). When I placed the order I said I would need the furniture moved at pick up and again at delivery. The guys plopped the rug (still wrapped) in my entry when they delivered it and were walking out the door. When I asked about laying the rug back down they said it wasn't on the order. I explained that I had requested that.
As a 67 year old, I am unable to move my furniture by myself.
Again, the rug turned out beautiful, but the customer service needs work.

I have American rug laundry for 30 years. Some of my rugs are handmade and quite expensive. They’ve always been careful and done an excellent job. The customer service is second to none. I needed a rug cleaned in March and had a number of pieces of furniture on it. The workers that came out were skilled and friendly. They got the rug out and once it was clean put it back in place. They are top-notch and I would encourage anybody that needs rugs cleaned to choose American rug laundry.

American Rug Laundry is definitely a great place to have your rugs cleaned. Their customer service is excellent and the pick up/drop off fee is minimal. They've always done a great job cleaning and repairing (when needed) our handmade rug from India, as well as our Karastan rugs.

They clean your rugs at a competitive price. I've found them to be excellent with regards to setting expectations for the most stubborn stains, and their upfront transparency on timing, pricing, and efficacy of available treatments leads to consistently positive experiences. I'm a repeat customer having brought in everything from bathroom mats, sheepskin rugs, and whole room/large area rugs.

The company picked up and delivered my rugs on time and were kind and courteous. They were able to get out old stains and made my light colored rug look new. They even got the fringe clean. Perfect.

American Rug Laundry did a great job on our living room rug, which is subject to much pet and people messiness. Pick-up and delivery was so helpful, too.

They were on time to pick my rugs up and to return them. The cleaning was thorough and left no tace of the pee smell from my previous dog. The were great at helping me re-place them in my home. Could not be happier.

American Laundry picked up, cleaned, and returned the rugs in an efficient and friendly fashion. The fact that a cleaning sale was in progress helped to make the service very affordable, a good value.
