I would recommend A-1 Appliance to anyone. We've called on two occasions to get a washer and a fridge fixed, got quick responses, and fast repairs. He seriously knows his appliances.
Our furnace was not blowing out hot air (the blower worked). I tried replacing the filter, made sure there were no blocks in the PVC pipe leading out of the house, but it still would not work. I left voicemails for about a dozen local companies on Saturday and A1 was one of only two people to call me back on Monday morning. The person I spoke to said they would be able to come out between 10 and Noon (it was about 9am when I fielded the call). The person who came out replaced the pressure switch, fixed a rattle in the back side of the furnace, and even put two more clips on the front door of the furnace so it would properly close again. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the promptness, level of information provided, and the efficiency of the problem being resolved. I know that if I ever need any appliances fixed or looked at, A-1 Appliance will be the company I rely on from now on. Thank you for your service, it greatly exceeded my highest expectations.
