Aaron came out diagnosed the issue being the washer pump. Found the baby sock that broke the pump. Then he replaced the pump and had me back up and running right away

I was very impressed with the whole process start to finish, including the scheduling of the service call.

They did move up my appointment an entire week, which I appreciated. And, they pre-shipped parts they thought I may need. Howevever, my dishwasher still doesn't work. So, it was all for naught.

Blake was amazing! On time and so helpful. All I needed was a new fill line for the dishwasher. He explained why and what happened to the old one. He even took the time to show me how to install a new one.

Great service, out 6 times trying to find matags screw up. Washer keep faulting out no water. Store just replaced machine today February 12th. New machine faulted out failed no water detected. Same crap computer problem I was told... I need repair guy back on new machine

The notification for them coming over worked out great and a special thank you to Angie who went above and beyond to answer my all my questions and following up for me on my warranty questions.

Both Dan, who made the first diagnostic call, and Arron, who installed the new part, were knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. Couldn’t ask for better technicians. We especially appreciated Angie, the schedule organizer who traced the part when FedEx failed to deliver it twice. She made sure we were kept informed and that the repair was completed before the long holiday weekend. The communication and tracking is top notch. Since the refrigerator is still under warranty, there was no charge and they handled the paperwork and return of the defective part.

Twin Cities Appliance Service is a very reputable company. They worked through difficult issues related to our dryer and washing machine. They stood by their work and their word because they are a caring and local business. You won’t get the same service with a large national chain or company.

Very timeline. Idenitifed my issue immediately, but then since he was here he took care of. another issue I had been experiencing in the freezer unit.

I just had my dryer serviced and it was one of the most painless repair processes ever. I spoke with someone on Monday, had the parts delivered to my house on Tuesday, and the technician, Andy, performed the repair within 30 minutes on Thursday. He even cleaned out the inside of the dryer. I was expecting a huge bill and for the technician to upsell me on “extras” but it was just a great, uncomplicated, and thoroughly pleasant experience!

Warranty work was done in a timely manner. No charge. I contacted them with pictures of the broken part. They ordered the part sent directly to me and scheduled the installation for the same week. A professional and informative tech showed up. Quick install and answers a few questions we had. Run a diagnostic to verify all was well. Good service would highly recommend.

Our washing machine was constantly draining.
We were referred to Twin Cities Appliance Service Center by Amana. They quickly contacted us, set up the appointment, and completed the repair in a timely manner. Dave was an excellent serviceman.

As it turned out, there was nothing wrong with my dryer. I simply didn't understand how to use all of the settings. Nevertheless, Aaron thoroughly checked it out, instructed me on how to use it without making me feel ignorant, and didn't charge me for more than the visit itself.
