I had 45 North come out to find my property markers so that I could install a fence. Dave (the owner) was able to come out within just a few days of contacting him. Hew was very knowledgeable about surveying, and he gave a great explanation what he was doing and what he found. Dave even placed a few extra stakes in the ground near where I am building the fence so I wouldn't have to run a string line the whole length of my property, which I am very appreciative of. I would 100% recommend Dave for any survey needs you might have.

Dave’s communication and response time to my initial call was great. We ultimately did not use his services, because it is October and we were looking for the surveyor who had the earliest availability before the ground freezes. His quote to us was more favorable, so if it wasn’t a timing issue, we would have used him.
