Add Value Remodeling built 1 new 8x16 ft deck with a curved edge, aluminum posts, glass panels and in addition remodeled my stacked decks that were only roughed in (early 80s). Adam made sure these decks were sound. These decks needed 1 new post replaced and an additional one added, new rubber underlayment w/a sleeper system to support the decking/eliminating nailing through the rubber. He replaced the siding, facia, and gutters. Adam was awesome in listening and providing my vision in finishes. I'm very happy with my decks. Thank you, Add Value Construction! Jane

Value Remodeling did a brilliant job welding my repurposed pool fence together around a garden space. The quality of the work and the finish was excellent and we now have a deer proof space that looks great and functions beautifully. Thank you Adam and Leighton!!

Adam of Add Value Remodeling did an awesome job on re-doing our deck over the summer of 2022 and the family room level during February and March of 2024. See pictures of the finished work. We are also scheduling work with Adam for this fall and next winter.
