The person I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful. She was prompt in coordinating an on-site assessment as well as scheduling the actual service. The tech that came to assess the job was professional, friendly, and honest. He and his partner did a great job on the day of install. We are thrilled to have our light up and working.
