After 25 years of various home improvement projects I can honestly say that Oleg and company (esp Paul) are at the top of my list as contractors. He is a pros's pro and will be my go to guy for all future projects. He has completed two projects for me (kitchen tile back splash and bathroom remodel) and both turned out awesome. Hire him!

They did a great job restoring our roof after we had hail damage! All of the workers were very friendly and the project manager walked us through each step of the project and they finished the roof so quickly!

Midwest Construction and Remodeling recently completed our bathroom remodel. We are very pleased with the end result and the work that MCR did. They were professional, courteous and most important, very attentive to detail. They do quality work and never cut any corners. I would definitely use them again.

We contacted Midwest Construction to build and tile some shower mock ups in our showroom and he came out and provided us with a bid in less then a day wait. His #'s came in really reasonable and we decided to move forward with him. They worked hard to meet our deadline so we can open up on time. He had a few other guys working with him and they got all of our mocks ups done in about a week. We were really pleased with his skills and if we ever need anymore of his help we will be sure to contact him. I would recommend using Midwest Construction for your next project

These guys showed up, did what they said they would do and when they said they will do it. They helped us with the claim process, explained everything I had questions about, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. What a seamless and easy process. I was in a wet and muddy panic in our backyard project. Midwest Construction project managers reached out to their installers to try to accommodate a quick timeline. Well, their employees are awesome and they were able to have someone on site within a few days during the busy season.

Midwest Construction & Remodeling did an amazing job on my roof / house repair. They worked diligently with my non-cooperative insurance company to get everything approved. When others would have given up, they pressed on and did not, always assuring me along the way. There were so many moving parts and both Ilya and Oleg stayed on top of everything and continued to keep me informed. They were onsite when the construction materials were dropped off and when the employees showed up. They checked in throughout the day and over and over during the work. And they came over to make sure no garbage was left in my yard and to inspect everything was done successfully and to my satisfaction. They were so professional, friendly and really easy and fun to work with. I’d recommend them to anyone that needs repairs, new construction or any remodeling done. We're extremely happy with our new roof. Oleg was great to work with. The whole process was very smooth. We've had multiple neighbors stop by ask who we went with for replacing our roof. Their work speaks for itself!

Midwest Construction and Remodeling has exceeded all my expectations. They handled our complete roof and gutter replacement job expertly and professionally.

Our roof had been inspected - and reinspected - by another roofing company and even an engineer. When our insurance company pushed back and wouldn’t pay for a complete roof replacement, every other contractor fell by the wayside and didn’t want to touch our project. Not Midwest! Oleg explained that dealing with insurance companies was his specialty, and through his perseverance and resourcefulness (and likely countless hours haggling and following up with our insurance company), he indeed did get us a complete roof repair covered by our insurance. His company truly saved us $20k.

Much of the roof and gutter work was delegated to subcontractors and all were outstanding. Oleg and Ilya from Midwest still secured permits, oversaw day of operations, and inspected all the work afterwards to ensure everything was done satisfactorily. Oleg knew someone for everything (even things not tied to our insurance claim) and trusting the businesses he vouched for saved me time in researching and vetting small, niche contractors.

Oleg handled most of the coordination and communication himself, but we also had a good experience when working with his associate, Ilya. We appreciated when Ilya spent extra time conducting product research with the manufacturer to ultimately select an upgraded shingle, then procure it from local suppliers. The best part of the entire experience was how turnkey Midwest made everything seem, so my days weren’t overtaken by dealing with our frustrating insurance company or on site project management.

I wholeheartedly recommend Midwest Construction for your next roofing, gutter, siding or remodeling job. They will be my first call should we have a future insurance claim, or if we decide to change our siding down the line. I am so thankful for their outstanding customer service!

David Z from Midwest Construction and Remodeling (MC&R) stopped by our house one day this past June (2023). MC&R was recommended by a friend. He looked at our roof to see if there was hail damage. Sure enough, a hail storm in 2022 must have happened when we were away so we didn't think to look for damage. David showed us what MC&R could do for us. MC&R instructed us to call our homeowners policy underwriter to put in a claim. We were informed that an adjuster would be out to see what damage we had. MC&R worked with the adjuster to make sure all of the damages were included and measurements correct. David Z really kept on top of the many changes that needed correction on the damages estimates. Once the final damage estimate was approved Ilya and Oscar took over. Ilya was the overseer and Oscar was the on-site "foreman". We decided to have additional work done in addition to the insured work. MC&R added leaf guards and soffits and facia to our home. The work was done when promised and looks great. Many additional vents were added to the soffit areas. I would recommend MC&R highly. They communicate very well and are thorough and prompt each step of the way.

My family has worked with MCR three times now twice for a restoration of our roof and twice for hail damage. In the past dealing with this sort of damage has been a huge stress but MCR made it simple and were very efficient. I can't say enough good things about their kind and helpful sales team and technicians. While I hope I do not have hail damage again, if I do I know exactly who I am going to call.
