Absolutely the greatest technician’s. Especially a gentleman named Kurt who was very smart regarding the mechanics of appliances.
The office managers and employees are the most dishonest, unethical group of thieves I have ever dealt with in my life. I’m still in shock that I was told,after waiting forever; that they were just about to mail my reimbursement checks that I was anticipating for quite some time. I had been paying $44 a month for so long and 2 of my appliances pooped out on me after many many years. Well over 15.
They only needed the serial number for one of them . I had already sent it once, but was in desperate need of the refund, so I obliged immediately . And I waited. And waited. And waited some more. I finally called and they said oh , they need to look into it and will get back to me . No promised return call from Steven. So I called again. Need to look into it again and promise to call back . This happened 3 more times. And nobody would address it. Finally, I get a message from Steven saying the checks weren’t going to be sent because one of my payments was late. Wait, what ?!? That’s about $1000.00 ! Hello , Steve? Where is your integrity? You had some before. And to top it off , a woman named Regina wouldn’t hear one word that I had to say. I told her that I a message way back from Elizabeth saying that she was about to mail me my checks. I was so upset . I needed that money to make my mortgage payment. “No. The case is already closed” I said that I have the message saved. She said she wanted to hear it. I called back with the recording. Left message to have her call me back. And also asked for them to have either or both of the managers Randy or Karen , to call me back as soon as possible. Not one returned call . Finally I called back and spoke to Asia. I gave her the short version of the story. What’s going on over there that not one out of 7 people could return my customer service call? I was not financially prepared for that monetary hit. I’m a single mother. I would have bought used appliances but if I knew I was going to be lied and robbed to. After insisting that nobody was going to do anything, it’s already closed , I told them that I was going to contact the Attorney General. And you know what she said ? While laughing?
“ Ha ha ! Everyone says that! And they don’t do anything !!” I’m so glad that I recorded every conversation. The office of the Attorney General said it supported my case greatly.
I wonder how they split it all up.

I have had interior electric coverage by HomeSmart Program. I have 3 electric outlet issue that is why I have been calling them since I get an issue. I have been waiting 4 days no one did not contact me back with the right person and right answer. Also, some of the women who work in customer service are not honest, respectively, and polite to talk me back. I have to pay $75/Month for that program of my coverage plan.

Useless service. My air conditioner broke down in July and they told me it would be 2 weeks to fix. Who wants to wait 2 weeks for their AC to be fixed in July. They told me everyone was booked out 2 weeks, yet the first person I googled was able to come out in 2 hours.

Edit: The price form the other company was very reasonable as well. Maybe if June/July are your busiest months you should contract more techs for those months?

The below response from the company should be all you need to know to avoid them. Don't want to wait 2 weeks to fix your AC in the hottest month of the year? Pound sand! And don't expect a refund either.
