Our lower level flooded for the second time. This Servpro team was hands down the best restoration team we’ve EVER worked with. They were so professional, efficient, kind and caring! Would highly recommend them.

STAY AWAY.

While they’re quick to your property, they’re faster to make the project as expensive as possible.

For a small leak under the sink, they said they’ll have to take the cabinets and countertops out, essentially a kitchen rebuild. When I said no, that’s too much work they said okay and got done without that.

They demand you use insurance so they can bill insane hours. I got a quote before they started and the final bill had egregious over-billing of hours even though the project was cut short.

Don’t bother trying to clarify costs, they ignore you and add late fees.

It’s not worth the hassle. Very inaccurate quoting, confusion around services, and they make it last as long as possible because as the lead person said “we make all our money the fan rentals.”

The team from Servpro came to the house within 90 minutes from the initial call. After they introduced themselves, they assured us that they would take care of the issue and they did. Lance, Kymel, Dave, Marco and everyone associated with the project has been fantastic. They are professional and personable. We have spread the word to all our friends on how great Servpro is. Thank you, you’ve made this horrible experience tolerable.

Our sump pump failed. Kymel, Marco, and Dave from Servpro came out and just did a great job. They moved furniture and property, set up fans, a dehumidifier and heaters, and came out every day or two to check the humidity of the wood fixtures in our basement, and shift fans. They even broke down and put damaged furniture in the dumpster. It was just great to get home from a long day of work and have all of that hauling, cleaning, and drying done. I’m so grateful for their expert help!

I just had water damage work done after a pipe burst. They came out immediately and stopped by daily to make sure the equipment was working and to work on the demolition. After a week everything was dried out, damaged drywall and flooring was removed, and it was ready for repair. Brandon and Josh were very helpful.

We had a pipe burst in our basement in -30 degree weather while we were out of the country, everything was ruined. Kymel and team saved us. They worked with us while we were still abroad and mitigated the situation right away, having most of the work done before we even got home. What a relief to have such a terrible and stressful situation taken care of by such professional, trustworthy and obviously experienced people. Everything from the mitigation, the negotiation with our insurance company, the mock ups and rebuild have been a 5 star experience. Highly recommend.
