I give these guys 5 stars. Jason and Cort did the work on our AC system. Very friendly...on time and the system works like a champ.

I live just down the street from these guys. My A/C went out on the hottest day of the year so far and I called them. Left a message fully understanding that I would need to be worked into the schedule. They literally never called me back. I called Able in Minnetrista and they called back and came out in two days. Service matters, communication matters more.

I have not used their professional services, however, on Saturday, November 5th, I was in a Catholic funeral processional for my husband's mother. As the volunteer police man lead us on to the freeway, a man driving one of your vans almost refused to slow down, so much so that he almost rear ended the police officer and caused an accident for those behind him. Once he did slow down, he was clearly upset with us, so he jerked his service van INTO the processional. When the processional wasn't going the speed he wanted to, he decided to leave the freeway completely and drive on the SHOULDER of the road and exit on general mills blvd. Thank you, Tharaldson Plumbing and Heating, for us now remembering your name of someone we will NEVER use. Your lack of respect for that funeral will forever be noted and remembered. What a disgraceful human being.

Real customer. Son, Erik, unethical. Charged me twice what other plumbers told me job should be. Did not replace circulation pump,which was original to system and part of bid. Ruined in garage in-floor heat by leaving valve off but not emptying pipes. Son also in legal trouble for commercial job he did not manage well. Run the other way!

So far Erik has been very fair and done great work on our bathroom install. He works hard and is always open to chat or explain something about the work being done. This is someone who knows what they’re doing and loves doing it.

I would definitely recommend them.

I called this company to have them move my drinking fountain over 4 feet. Should’ve listened to the reviews. I have a new construction house and it should be pretty simple right. The plumber came over and told me that it should take between 4 and 6 hours. Got a bill for 13.5 hours equaling to roughly 1900 dollars. He wasn’t even here 2 days. Left numerous times for “materials.” Could’ve done that one time not 3 or 4 especially with the wall torn off. He milks the clock and is slow. I talked to a plumber buddy and he said that should’ve taken no longer than 5 hours. Only thing I can say was work was done right but I wouldn’t use this company again as they overcharge and milk the clock.

Be warned: This is the most dishonest contractor I have ever dealt with! We were alerted by other contractors working in our new home that the plumber this business assigned us was unproductive and billing for full days on the job without completing a reasonable scope of work. My wife then went to the worksite at our new home to monitor and log hours. The plumber sent a bill for a large lump sum without disclosing what hours his plumbers were actually on-site at our home. When we asked for a supporting log of hours, they provided certain alleged hours they were on-site which directly and materially conflicted with our log of observed hours. The dispute escalated into a lawsuit. The lawyer representing the plumber also placed an unlawful mechanic's lien on our home in violation of Minnesota Statute 514.011 Subdivision 1. Because of this lawsuit, I am including the following review disclaimer: This review contains both personal opinion as well as statements of fact. Though the review is unequivocally negative, it's not libel as it's not exaggerated or false.

Jason and his crew (Mike and Carter) installed a gas line and hooked up a gas range for me. They explained everything they were doing in plain english and were polite, courteous, and professional. The support staff (Becky and Carie) is also great - prompt, responsive and responsible. Very happy with the quality of service, and highly recommended. They're doing some plumbing work for me next week. I will update my review if my opinions change.

We had tried using a snake and drain cleaner to clear the shower drain without success. We called Tharaldson and Bob was at our home in 30 minutes. Just as he arrived I had unclogged the drain with the snake. He didn't even charge me for the trip. This resulted in Tharaldson Plumbing earning a very happy customer who will recommend them to one and all. Thank you Tharaldson Plumbing.

We were very pleased with the air conditioning repair done by Jason & Mike from Tharaldson Plumbing & Heating. They fit us into their very busy schedule, did not charge a trip charge & were efficient in repairing our air conditioning unit while being honest in diagnosing the problem. We will recommend them to our friends and neighbors and use them in the future ourselves when needed. Great job!!! Keep up the good work!!!😊

Tharaldson Plumbing and Heating do excellent work. A leaking toilet turned out to be a more complicated task than we realized. They came out promptly, worked on a 45 year old house without complaint, and brought their A+ game. We had them install an additional toilet, kitchen faucet, and an exterior faucet. Erik and Bob are excellent plumbers. We have used Tharaldson Plumbing in the past and will certainly use them in the future.

Our experience with Tharaldson Plumbing was great, they were very responsive and came out the next day to fix our leak. We worked with Bob who was very friendly and knowledgeable, he was in and out of our home in about an hour after quickly fixing our leak. Would definitely hire again.

My experience was great with Tharaldson-Erik and Bob were very professional, courteous, neat and the work we had done (which was pretty major) was done on time and no mess afterwards. Nice people and quality work ethic!
