Luke did a great job for our reroofing this past fall. Luke and his team made multiple visits to our home, guided us through the insurance process, and offered several samples before the job. We also thought pricing was fair and transparent.

Luke's customer service really stood out to me—he was consistently responsive, went the extra mile by securing our delivered materials when we were out of town - he traveled from Minnetonka to St. Paul to make sure our materials were safe. After the job was done, he also swung by to check out our roof and sort out a concern we had. Our new roof looks great and have had other folks say the same.

Remac helped us work with our insurance company when we had hail damage to our roof. When we initially started the process, our claim was denied, and Remac went above and beyond, putting together a portfolio of pictures to show the damage, working with the adjustors and helping us maneuver the entire process. Our claim ended up being accepted, and Remac did a fantastic job replacing the roof. The crew was respectful, picked up the debris and were careful not to damage any other property. I recommend them without hesitation.
