Great service, Brett cleaned out my heavily infested sewer line of roots. He scoped and showed me all the places the roots were coming in, and gave me options for what to do with the opening the future. Highly recommend!

My main sewer line got clogged. I found out late last night. When I called the company number I got a quick response within 30 seconds from Joe and got an appointment set up for the morning. Brett came out and cleaned our line and got it working properly within 45 minutes. I would absolutely use this company again if I ever ran into another issue! Thank you gentlemen!

Hands down to this place! Much respect for Brett for coming out on a same day appointment. Brett break it down into so many details about what he will be doing, and how much it’s going to cost. He answered all of my questions and also provided me with a couple of great suggestions to better my water draining system. I was able to watch him use his live camera, in which he fed it into my draining system. It’s very interesting to see what is lurking inside of my pipe. Support these guys! They are very knowledgeable and they put lots of pride into their work.

We were experiencing a clogged toilet and called the company that morning and they were at our home within hours. Brett was terrific. Thankfully it was a simple fix. Rob was quick, professional, and honest in his appraisal of our sewer line's condition. Easy to get a hold of, easy to schedule, arrived on time, very fair pricing. What more can you ask for? I'll be calling Cutting Edge every year for drain line maintenance.

These people are vultures, taking advantage of homeowners in need. Unfortunately, that might be nature of some home services companies these days.

I was quoted $1625 from Cutting Edge to jet out a frozen sewer pipe. Yes, sixteen hundred and twenty five dollars.

Other quotes from sewer and plumbing professionals came in at $500 and under, all for same day service.

That is outrageous! Pure greed and zero ethics. Look elsewhere.

See Text thread...Integrity matters. Wouldn't give a bad review without cause. Note that all the other negative reviews have a similar tone... Overcharging and price gouging. If they are misleading about my experience with them, what else will they be lying about when it comes to YOUR repairs.

Brett from Cutting Edge was awesome to work with. He was very honest and up front with what needed to be done. The cost was affordable and he didn’t leave a trace behind. I’d highly recommend Brett and the team at Cutting Edge!

Disregard owner's response. They made it right with a sarcastic text, won't even answer phone. Add cowardly to the list of descriptors.

Had emergency service on a Sunday for a residential main line cleaning. They didn't fix it and two days later I had to have my regular guy come and fix their work after Cutting Edge would not return my call to fix it. Owner quoted $620 on the phone for the emergency service. It was a standard cleaning that took the same amount of time as any time before. Technician added $395 for going to his truck an getting a hand snake to clear the floor drain which took 10 whole minutes. He added $180 for "1hr exm". Final bill with tax was $1236. Technician wanted another $400 to camera the line to make sure they did their job. I declined that charge and ended up having more solid fecal waste in my basement 2 days later because they didn't camera their own work. These guys are greedy and dishonest.

I will never use Cutting Edge Sewer & Drain again. This was a terrible experience. The technician charged me $1625 for service on a weekday that a male friend of mine paid $1020 on a Saturday. In addition, the technician went into a part of my house to use a bathroom without telling me. Due to doing some work in that part of the house I would have had him use a different bathroom if he had asked first. The toilet he used continued to run and I had no idea he had used that bathroom. The next day I was notified by my city of excessive water use. In addition to paying $600 more than my friend for the same service my water bill will be $85 higher because of the technician using a toilet and not noticing it continued to run.

We were referred to Cutting Edge Sewer from a satisfied neighbor. We have since used them on 2 occasions. The latest visit was to fix a damaged kitchen drain pipe in our 100+ yr old house. They worked with us to resolve the issue resourcefully and effectively. Joe & his team were reasonable in cost and honest. They were always quick to respond to all our calls and answered our questions fully and reasonably. Solid work. We highly recommend!

They accommodated us on short notice and did an excellent job with our clogged drain lines. They also had reasonable rates for the service.

He diagnosed the issue right away, informed me of said issue, & made sure I knew the cost up front before starting any work.
