He helped me to feel comfortable with the whole process and took the time to explain every little detail and step. In addition to the wonderful customer service they also use top quality products and are environmentally conscious. Fantastic company, I definitely recommend them to other people who need the roofs done!!!

Bayport was an integral help on repairing my roof shingles upon damage from a hailstorm earlier this season, the gentleman who came to inspect was honest and friendly. Price wise the rates are competitive to those in the twin cities so I would recommend or use them again if I needed! The team was quick and made adjustments for me despite their tight schedule, good people.

Terrible Experience with Bayport Roofing and Siding: Unresolved Issues and Continuous Delays

I am extremely disappointed with the services provided by Bayport Roofing and Siding, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. The numerous issues I have encountered throughout the process are not only concerning but also reflect a complete lack of professionalism and competence. Despite waiting for nearly two years for them to address the problems, I have been met with one excuse after another, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.

Firstly, the roof they installed has been a source of major concern. Instead of providing a secure and reliable roofing solution, the roof started lifting in different areas, posing serious risks to the safety and stability of my home. What's even more disconcerting is the fact that Bayport Roofing and Siding failed to install a drip edge, which is essential in preventing water damage to the substrate of the roof. This negligence shows a lack of attention to detail and a disregard for industry standards.

The issues with the siding installation have been equally problematic. The siding they installed has repeatedly come off, leaving my home vulnerable to the elements and potential further damage. It is evident that proper installation techniques were not followed, raising concerns about the quality of their workmanship. Bayport Roofing and Siding should take responsibility for rectifying these installation errors and ensuring the siding is secured correctly.

During the installation process, the company caused significant damage to my property. My fence was carelessly damaged, leaving it in disarray and requiring costly repairs. Additionally, they showed a complete lack of care when handling my light fixtures, resulting in breakage and rendering them non-functional. These damages could have been avoided with a more professional approach and attention to detail.

Furthermore, Bayport Roofing and Siding neglected to silicon the siding, which is a basic requirement to ensure proper sealing and protection against water infiltration. This failure to complete such a fundamental task demonstrates a lack of thoroughness and a disregard for delivering a finished product that meets industry standards.

Perhaps the most frustrating aspect of this entire ordeal has been the excessive delays and endless excuses from Bayport Roofing and Siding. Despite numerous assurances that the issues would be resolved promptly, I have been left waiting for nearly two years with no meaningful progress. This constant string of excuses not only shows a lack of accountability but also a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

In conclusion, my experience with Bayport Roofing and Siding has been nothing short of a nightmare. The issues with the roof lifting, failure to install a drip edge, siding coming off, property damage, neglect of light fixtures, and lack of silicone application have caused significant inconvenience, stress, and financial burden. The fact that I have been waiting for almost two years for them to address and repair these issues, only to be met with continuous delays and excuses, is completely unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Bayport Roofing and Siding for any roofing or siding projects, as their lack of professionalism, poor workmanship, and inability to fulfill their commitments are deeply concerning.

I don't show up to give 5 stars to just anyone. Service level is head and shoulders above the rest. Look no further you have found what you are looking for.

I was incredibly impressed with the technical knowledge Bayport brought to my re-roofing project. They spent hours on my roof taking photos and providing detail for my insurance company. They met the adjuster at my home to review the project and provided detailed estimates. We live in an older home and when there was collateral damage in the attic from the installation (a common occurrence in older homes), Bayport was there the next day to organize repair. They were focused on making the project a success for us, and we are delighted to have our new roof!

I recently had Tadd come out and make an inspection. I couldn’t have had a better experience with this guy. He’s very knowledgeable about his job and did what two others couldn’t. He got me a new roof and all new gutters on my home. I wish I would have went to him first avoiding the other companies in the beginning. I can’t recommend him and his company more. A+ service

Just Had my roof replaced through an insurance claim. The roofing crew was there when they said they would be there. The tear off and new roof was on before I got home from work. The left over material was picked up promptly and I am very satisfied with the work

Absolutely the best choice we made for a roofing contractor. We started a solar project and we were told that a roof was highly recommended prior to the project. I got about 5 estimates and Bayport was extremely competitive. The roofers they sent out were professional, courteous and very careful about protecting my property and cleaning up after themselves. The communication from everyone was excellent and even my neighbors commented on how the roofers never stopped going. I can’t say enough about them!

Paul did a really good job on my roof. I was in limbo with 3 different roofing companies, and Paul was able to pull through, unlike the others. The work was done really well and looks great. I would certainly recommend and do business again.

After the work was complete they did a follow up call to make sure I was happy with the work their crew did. The crew even took the time out to answer the 1000 questions my kids had for them. Jayme, the owner, came out to meet with me to go over the roof thoroughly. He took photos of the hail damage which occurred during the August 11, 2023 Golden Valley hail storm. Tina worked with the insurance company on my behalf to get additional damages to downspouts and screen doors covered. The work was done quickly and professionally. The house looks great! The icing on the cake was the company added gutter covers at no cost to me. The fascia and soffits were not covered by insurance but Bayport offered a flexible plan to pay for the expense over a limited time. Highly recommend Bayport.

Bayport is a local company with a proven track records. so I signed up and things moved very quickly from that point on. My project manager Tadd came out and met with the adjusters, went over the damages with him and got everything approved through insurance. All I had to pay. Was the deductible. Good deal, I have no complaints. 5 stars
