My experience with Allen is that he is very professional, met all my expectations, detailed, caring and kind. He is knowledgeable on what my lawn needed to look its best, helped with some landscaping and helped me to figure out what was wrong with my washing machine so that I could wash clothes again. He seems to be very knowledgeable with lawn care and appliance repair. I strongly recommend him. He will do a great job for you and he seems very honest and trustworthy.

Allen did good work, price was good, was looking forward to contracting him for a bunch of work. I tried reaching out via text and by email and got nothing back. Even a reply of "currently I don't have the time/resources, could we schedule for a different date" would be great. But I just got ghosted. Hopefully things change. Would still do business with him, if I can.

I initially had a great experience with Tyler and his crew planning for a back yard stone patio and landscaping project.

The situation that presented itself was when they were digging out the patio, they found out I had wet dirt in the spot they wanted to do the patio, most likely from a leaky sprinkler head- totally not their fault. I had to get the builder involved to try and help me resolve it, told his crew to stop working, because I wanted to see if the builder would fix it because I was still under a 1 year warranty. I saw his demeanor instantly change after that.
My only options were to pay him over 2k for the right dirt filler to fill in the wet dirt, use cheaper products for the stones or cancel the project-he didn’t provide me with any other options.

He put me in a terrible position. I lost 4 grand, I didn’t think he provided me with good customer service. I thought at least he would have worked with me to do some landscaping with the 5200 dollars I already paid him. But he refunded me 1200 of the 5200 and took the rest. I understand that you have to pay your crew/ time that goes into scheduling a project, but 4000 worth?

He didn’t supply me with the returned receipt stating he returned all of the stone, Which leaves me thinking he sold them to the next customer. He Stated that he didn’t Want to expose me any further to this situation. I lost a lot of trust after that, and decided instead of fighting with him, I’d just take it as a huge loss, and learn from it.

Like I said he came across as a nice guy who was willing to work with me initially but when things didn’t go as planned, I saw a different side. Either or, I felt absolutely taken advantage of. I don’t normally post negative things online, but this situation just struck a nerve. I feel like he just wanted to sweep this situation under the rug and move on versus work with me to make another plan to spend the money I paid him.

Grey Cloud Outdoors (GCO) has been our go-to company for all manner of seasonal yard work. We also use them to get rid of winter snow. Specifically, they built a patio drain system for us to drain spring run-off which otherwise built up at the bottom of our deck stairs and made it difficult for us and the dog to enjoy the area without having to wear rubber boots for 2-3 weeks on end. They sodded part of our yard and extended our front rock garden to the side of the house which gave the entire area a new, refreshed look. The staff are great, and always clean up after they're done. We recommend GCO to everyone with in their service area.

Tyler was able to help regrade our driveway. He and his team were very helpful, responsive and did great work. He came out to see the project, gave us a quote as well as options for additional materials we might need. He came out to do the job when he said he was going to, was available for any questions we had.
The driveway has been done for a month+ now and it has held up so well during the rain. Tyler’s professionalism as well as skill makes him stand out. I would absolutely recommend his services.

My wife and I were searching for a company to repair our 6 foot wood privacy fence. We found Greycloud via multiple strong recommendations on Nextdoor and we are so glad that we hired them to fix our fence. They replaced 7 4x4 posts and poured new concrete footings, and also replaced 9 2x4 cross sections and added 12 new pickets to the fence. Not only did Tyler and his team get our project done early, they did so with exceptional craftsmanship at an extremely reasonable price. I would recommend Tyler and Greycloud to anyone looking for help with fence (and other) projects and would give them a strong 5 star rating. Great work Tyler!
