Absolutely recommend Rick! I send a request for an appointment at almost 11 PM at night. He texted me right away to confirm the appointment the same night. He has great communication and is timely. He was in working on my phone by 9 and done before 9:30. He came to my work and was extremely professional. He not only fixed my screen that was destroyed, but my home button would make an annoying vibrating sound to which he fixed without issue or question. Any service you need with your phone, I HIGHLY recommend using Cool Tech Repair. Very reliable, convenient, and friendly. I will use Rick in the future for any phone issues.

By far the most knowledgeable and honest device repair experience I've ever had. Rick is a great communicator and brought clarity to my problem. I just met him today but he earned a customer for a lifetime. His honest approach was refreshing and very appreciated.

I was so pleased with Rick’s service! He was extremely courteous, professional, and accommodating. He came to our home and had our problem fixed in less than 30 minutes and was kind enough to share what he was doing while working through the repairs. His knowledge was so helpful. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone and will be calling on him again with any tech difficulties in the future!

Rick was phenomenal! On time, fast and friendly. I got my cracked screen fixed and a replacement battery for my iPhone. I can’t tell you how nice it was to not have to wait in line at Apple or another store to have my phone fixed. He came to my house and it took a half hour for all of this to be done! Highly recommend!

Rick at Cool Tech Repair has fixed my husband’s & my iPhone screen on multiple occasions, and has also replaced our batteries. He is quick and efficient, made things convenient for us with the location, and is very knowledgeable in what he does. He is also friendly and willing to help.

I have used this company for many years for my phones. I do appreciate all of the work and time spent fixing my phones. The only issue I have right now is back in August of 2025, I sent my laptop in to get fixed as it wouldn’t turn on or charge. The laptop isn’t old. There has been no communication whatsoever. All I ask is that we keep communication open. I’ll update once I hear something, anything at all. I just hope nothing has happened to him. He’s a cool guy.

Our business has been using Winnsupply of St. Paul for all of our electrical material for a couple years now. We couldn't be happier!
