We are SO happy we went with Five Star! We essentially had a complete bathroom gut job and couldn't be happier with the results. But what pleased us even more than the high quality products installed was the excellent work by the contractors. They truly went above and beyond and finished AHEAD of schedule. (We were initially told it could take up to 5 days, they finished in less than 3.) They saw our ceiling needed some touching up in places and asked us if they could fix it for us- and did a great job! They patched holes, installed new fixtures - if they saw something needed to be done, they offered to do it. Incredible! They were on time, friendly and worked efficiently. Highly, highly recommend!

I needed to replace my shower and came across this company. A representative came to my home, and we came up with a perfect plan. The installation was quick and easy. Five star installed our tub/shower and sink vanity. A few weeks later they came to redo to some caulking and made sure everything was perfect!

From sales to measurement to installation all went exceptionally well! Installation team was on time and did a great job preparing the work area to ensure our home was taken care of during the installation process! Installation was completed in a day which I didn't think would be possible since everything was taken down to the studs! Excellent detail and craftsmanship! Even though they did make quite a mess during installation the crew returned our home to pre installation cleanliness. We had one minor problem with a leaking control valve for the shower post installation they responded quickly and made the repair! Excellent customer service. Thank you!!!!

From the initial remodel sales discussion to the measurement phase to the finished product, the Five Star Bath Solutions team were extremely professional, courteous, and efficient. I had a great experience with the completion of my bathroom. The communication from everyone starting with sales to the installers was excellent. I had an issue with water pressure after the installation. I received a quick response, and a plumber was at my house the same week fixing the issue. I love my bathroom and shower surround. Excellent work!!

They suggested specific, custom solutions for existing challenges and went above and beyond to address all concerns. They were competitively priced, fast, considerate, and professional. I was very satisfied with this bathroom remodel.

Five Star replaced our bathtub with a walk-in shower, laid LVP flooring over existing tile floor, and replaced our toilet. From demolition to completion took 6 hours. Wow!! The result is beautiful. High quality materials and workmanship. The whole Five Star team was great to work with. Cost was several thousand less than those companies that advertise on TV.

First off, let me say that the customer service from 5-Star was incredible. Everyone was very prompt and courteous with quotes, visits, and responding to my questions and concerns.

We did have a couple of problems:

A slight mis-measurement of the floor pan delayed the installation while they re-ordered the correct size. They rush ordered the pan and communicated with me every step of the manufacturing and shipping of the new pan so the final install could be scheduled and completed ASAP.
The owner, Mick Frank, even ran right over to bring me a substantial gift card to apologize for the inconvenience.

I also had the plumber back a few times to fix a leaking drain pipe. But again, every time I called to say it was still dripping a little I received a call back immediately, and they had someone on site within a day.

We have had the new shower stall for a couple of months, and the material 5-Star uses is awesome. No grout to clean!! They also installed grab bars and shelves for us and altogether, we love the new shower! Cleaning is effortless.

And I also want to mention that our installer, Wayne, was truly excellent. Neat and hard working with no wasted motion, he did an awesome job on the tear out and install. The fit and finish of our new shower is great!
With that, and a transferable lifetime warranty, we will be enjoying our lovely new shower for many years to come

We were very happy with our experience with this company. Alaina was our sales consultant. She was professional and patient with us as we asked a lot of questions. She didn’t pressure us when we asked for some time to think about.
We did find that theirs was the best price and decided to move forward.

Very organized & professional staff, from the salesman to the installers. Great marketing tools & catalog. Excellent products & explanations as well. A lot of checks & balances verifying order is correct. We love the completed project!!

All I can said is if you don’t want to deal with any remain issues or what they told me the side effects of they works then I’m not recommended. See pictures for details.
On the mirror, salesman told me I will never see those unfinished wall appears that showed on the pictures, but when they finishes the work, I saw it along the edges, I asked for a bigger mirror to cover those unfinished walls but they told me that “ what will they do with the existed mirror if they give me a bigger one to replace”. And they also suggested to me to go buy my own paint and paint it myself.
They once told me that I’m a un-reasonable man when I refused to pay them because they haven’t finished the job and they still don’t even know when they can come back out to finish the job.
On my heated covers, they are not even taking time to put it back as it was before.
They also told me, I don’t have to worry about any licenses, if there is any license needed they will deal with it but it has been over 100 days since they finished my bathroom and I just received a letter from the city that I need to schedule the inspection for the plumbing license or I have to pull a new license again.

I love my walk in bath but, I have one issue, nobody told me I would need a bigger water heater. I am still waiting on the curved shower curtain rod. I also got a new countertop and sink. I love that it is all one piece and so easy to clean. The walls of tub/shower are very easy to clean too.

We hired Five Star Bath Solutions to replace our old bathtub with a door bathtub, install new faucets, and replace the old tile floor with new tile. They arrived on the July day agreed upon and installed almost everything the same day. It was awesome. At one point, there were eight workers here. The workers were respectful of our home. They even volunteered to replace our old toilet with a new one at their expense, even though this was not part of the contract. We asked that they install a Clean Cut bath tub door that lifts up; they ordered one and installed it. Five Star Bath Solutions earns a five-star rating from us for the quality of work, timeliness, and responsiveness to our needs.

My husband is in a wheelchair and wanted to be more independent with showering. Our condo was built in 2005, so it wasn't like anything was "bad", it just wasn't safe or accessible for him to use. Five Star Bath Solutions sent someone out who took the time to listen to what we needed and customize a walk in handicap accessible shower just for him. They came on time, stayed on top of communicating with us, got everything done in one day, and even turned the toilet for us so we could make that accessible for him as well! So beyond grateful to have found them and would definitely recommend to anyone!!!

We had Five Star Bath Solutions of Minneapolis install a new tub and shower surround at the beginning of January. They were extremely efficient, finishing the entire project (year out & install) in about 6 hours. I researched many different options at the big box stores and other contractors with a “patented system”. I was disappointed with the quality available everywhere until I found Five Star Bath Solutions. We chose an extra deep (19”) soaking tub and have been very happy with that and the tub surround. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again if we decide to do our second bathroom.

Due to the unexpected hospitalization of a family member, I wanted to replace our original tub and shower with a safer walk-in shower. After reviewing some companies online, I found Five Star Bath Solutions, and was able to set up an appointment online for late afternoon the next day. Ostin came to our house, and described what kind and color of walk-in shower would work in our bathroom, with an emphasis on safety features for a short family member. Most importantly, he was able to schedule an installation in the short time frame I needed.

Josh came out and measured our bathroom and gave me more detailed information on the style, color, and design that met our needs. The day of the installation Devon showed up at the scheduled time, worked throughout the day, got everything done in about 8 hours, and did a thorough cleanup.

Plumber Ron was here that morning to shut off the water and make the plumbing connections between the walk-in shower and our existing plumbing system. He needed to make some changes to get everything to fit, and was able to get that part of the job done in a few hours.

There was one minor glitch; the knob for one of the glass shower doors came out of the box with a missing part. Five Star was able to install a new knob a few days later.

We are completely satisfied with the quality of materials and the work done by each of the Five Star employees. Their customer service was first rate, and we would not hesitate to use them again.
