They were professional and respectful, let me know in advance what would happen with dealing with my insurance provider and getting the roof replaced and other details. They took care of the interface with my insurance as well as doing a fantastic job of replacing my roof and cleaning up in one day, of course there was staging before the actual work but it all went smoothly and the results are great. Incredibly knowledgeable, Gerard went above and beyond to walk me through every inch of our roof with extreme attention to detail. Very good communicator by text or phone calls and talked through the entire contract so I understood the proposal for work and compensation. After that he had his demo & install crew scheduled in less than a week. Highly recommend.

After having my insurance claim approved I was directed to Gerard Montez owner/operator of Anchor Contracting,LLC by Sam Treml sales representative of Anchor Contracting, LLC. During our initial meeting we discussed said claim. I was given information for tear off as well as a list of all the materials needed to reshingle. The work was done in a timely manner and the crew doing the work did a great job. Upon completion the crew again did a great job cleaning up the area including picking up the old nails with a magnet. MY wife and I are extremely happy with the look of our new roof and are looking forward to enjoying our lovely new roof in the future. Thank you Gerard and your crew at Anchor.
