I called with a furnace issue, currently not working and the house is below 50 degrees. Was told someone would be here today between 11 and 2 PM. I had to call as no one showed up and after a hold was told they would need to reschedule until THURSDAY. (3 days later) I understand things happen but when your furnace is currently NOT working you would think I maybe would have been told something instead of me calling them.

Huxley Heating and Cooling guys did a great job. They worked quickly, and cleaned up everything when they were finished. The house was cool again in a very short period of time. We are repeat customers, and highly recommend Huxley Heating and Cooling.

These guys are all wonderful. I had problems with my furnace and had a 30 year old air conditioner. I was in a time crunch. The sales rep came out to my house within an hour. The following day Jack and Tim were at my home doing an install and removal of both AC and furnace.They were very timely very professional and very efficient.
