Called Ryan for a quote to remove some trees. Due to the size and complexity (Up against a fence) Ryan brought out a team from 3T Tree service. Ryan and the 3T team did a Fantastic job removing a lot of trees and cleaned up when they were done. Highly Recommend!! Great Job and a Great Price!!

Ryan removed 2 trees from our property. One was dead and huge, inside the fence between house, chicken run and the fence. He perfectly laid it down with AMAZING precision!!!

We had an extremely good service from Hart Services. All the safety precautions used even impressed my neighbor. They tree was down and gone in one day. Liked the service so well, we are having another tree brought down. Really enjoyed just talking to the folks as well. Highly recommend!

Ryan was accommodating in getting our trees trimmed due to our pool people starting earlier then scheduled. That was the positive...
After Ryan was done his work, he told us that he couldn't get the higher branches like we asked for, due to the fact that he was pretty new at this work but could recommend someone else and give us a $200 credit. We were upset about that, and feel he should've told us from the very beginning. We informed him and his assistant that we didn't want the credit because we weren't going to have more work done by him. His assistant informed us he would drop a check off to us next week. 3 months later, still no check and now Ryan cops an attitude when I ask him for the refund amount of $200. This is his professional response:
"Mike, I have already explained to your wife that a credit applies to future work to be completed. That's very different than a refund, where someone receives some or all of a payment they had already made. I gave you a credit. I do not offer refunds.

I'll go on to say that I'm pretty hot about having accommodated your timeframe when those pool diggers showed up much earlier than expected, an inconvenience to us for sure, to still be talking about this. I'm no longer interested in doing any work for you, so your $200 is no more."

So be careful if you use this company, not very professional if you ask me.

Our first encounter with you was an exceptional one so we left a review for 5 stars. The job we requested was paid for in full and work was done to completion. Nothing to complain about. The 2nd job, turned into job 3 because you had to wait until our pool guys removed a portion of the fence. It wasn't 3 different jobs, so let's keep it accurate. Finally, my sole issue is not receiving the full amount of work for us paying the full amount of money. So my review was about getting 6/8 of a job done, after paying full amount upfront. Your assistant told my wife you'd drop off a check, if that was false, take it up with her, or maybe she just told us that to get us off the phone. It's not about the $, it's about the principle of getting what we paid for.

Harts tree services are very professional, they will be there when they say , plan on using agin. Thx mark

I called Ryan to quote removing a tree. I saw a recommendation for him on the Nextdoor app. He showed up that afternoon to quote me. The price is fair and I accepted. He warned me it would be a few weeks before he could do the job but he managed to complete within a week! With the exception of missing a tree, you can’t tell they were ever here. Strongly recommend.

I would highly recommend Hart Exterior Services. Ryan & Jesse are very professional & highly skilled. They removed two huge trees at my house & trimmed limbs from another. They were very respectful of our property & removed & cleaned up all the debris from the job. I would definitely hire them again! 😊

Had a couple of dead trees that needed to come down. Ryan was amazing to work with. He came out and did an estimate when it was convenient for us, when my husband could be there. They came out this morning and took the two trees down and a few branches on trees we are keeping. They did an excellent job. One of the guys was new and we got to witness how well Ryan was training him. We will definitely be calling for any other trees or limbs that need to come down.

After seeing Ryan’s work in our neighborhood, I contacted Ryan for a free estimate on a Sunday. Ryan came out on Monday and by lunch Wednesday two medium sized trees were down and removed from property. I had stated to Ryan my concerns about not having yard torn up with equipment and such and I tell you by the time they were done cleaning up you could not tell they were even here with the exception of the unsightly and dying trees being gone. 10 out of 10. Job well done. Would definitely use in future and would highly recommend.

I telephoned Ryan Hart and explained that I needed someone to prune an oak tree and a willow tree, and that there was no urgency. A couple of days later, he arrived for a consultation, and a few days later he emailed a detailed quote to me. I decided to reduce the pruning of one tree to preserve its shape, and Ryan then sent a revised quote. Five days after that, he returned and pruned the two trees.
It was a real pleasure to "work" with Ryan. He is cordial, well spoken, and professional in every respect. It was easy and helpful to discuss my goals, concerns, and questions with him; I'm glad he stated pros and cons of our options. I was 100% pleased with Ryan's work on both trees, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and to recommend him to others.

Ryan and team did an amazing job. The entire experience from quote to clean-up was 110% professional and incident free! Ryan was attentive to our concerns and made sure to explain everything in detail. Price was very fair and no surprises at all. I would definitely recommend using this business and will again if ever needed.

Mr. Ryan was amazing. He would look at the tree all around before he made a cut then after the cut, he would look again before he moved on. He cleaned up all the debris and worked so hard to make our trees beautiful. Highly recommended!

We had a section of our backyard that was overgrown and just a mess behind our fence. We contacted Hart Exterior Services on a Friday afternoon asking for a quote and the next Tuesday, Ryan was at our house assessing what we wanted done. We had 3 big trees and several small ones taken down as well as lots of brush and ground cover cleaned up. We told Ryan where we wanted our fence line to go and he actually cleared a path beyond what he had quoted us. He worked extremely hard and was very communicative with us about what we wanted/needed and was incredibly fast! I would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again in the spring!
