Joshua came out the very next morning after we called for service. He called to let us know when he was on the way, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He is professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his service. Highly recommended!

It was a great service experience because of their professionalism, friendliness and eagerness to go above and beyond. Mr. Sed and his assistant were prompt, and efficient. They worked carefully, cleaned and protected my fireplace , flooring and the fireplace surround. The outside chimney cap and brick stack was inspected with pictures to show any damage and needed repair. They still do business “The Old Fashioned Way”-Quality. Give them a try- you’ll be pleased

My experience started a year ago. I spoke to Mr. Sed about a chimney leak and he assured me that he could take care of it. They made 4-5 trips and the leak is still there. On the last visit he put in the text that he would come one more time. During that last visit, he was very disrespectful and arrogant. I mention to him about a refund since the leak was still there. In quote, he said “ I know for a fact there is no problem with my work,” but yet the leak persists. In total I paid him $1979. At this point we have not come to any agreement. He did not refund my money. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this business. In response to Mr. Sed’ flashing concerns, I was charged initially for flashing repairs in which he did not mention in his comments. He made those repairs.
