I highly recommend C&M Builders in Southaven, MS for commercial construction work. They recently completed the demo and renovation of our 5,000 foot commercial facility. They have exceeded our expectations in every way. They are honest, dependable and do excellent work. The owner gave a detailed quote and stayed on budget. They don’t cut corners. The foreman, Andrew, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He was the nicest builder I have ever worked with. If you want a builder you can trust to do an excellent job and also be easy to work with, I recommend that you contact C&M Builders. You will not be disappointed!

They are good people. Honest and nice to do buisness with.

I wouldn't even post one star if I didn't have to because this place is not in the business of renting houses. They straight up ripped me off $600 for absolutely no!good reason, other than me not being Johnny on the spot on time to meet the Locksmith to change the locks which I had to pay for like it was my responsibility anyway. Not to mention the house was already overpriced and in the borderline ghetto. Mr. Popwrell is condescending and arrogant and couldn't care less if he has your business or not, so I doubt this rating will even faze him. I'm sure he's made plenty already ripping people off in desperate times. I would rather live in my car in a back alley then rent a free house from this hateful money hungry company.
