They were fast and effective. The techs were friendly, and they even gave me a little goodie bag with a spot cleanser in it. The upfront pricing and no hidden fees is also really nice to have and a relief from many of the other cleaning places who have things like a waste removal fee. I would use them again.

Have a basic distrust of carpet cleaning companies but was very pleased with Dalmation. Courteous, prompt, professional, thorough. Will definitely hire them again.

Dalmations was referred to me by the "Wildlife Guy" as I had a mess with racoons in the attic. They did a fantastic and efficient job of getting rid of all the leftovers from about 6 racooons trying to live in there. They called to let me know when they were coming and did everything the told me they would do and even replaced some siding that had fallen off. what a relief!! Thank You, MJO

My basement was flooded on 7/26/2022 my insurance agent said i should call servpro . but that was a big mistake they did'nt show up on time and when they did they wanted to price gouge me not only that they did not want to deal with my insurance co. they wanted cash from me half to start and the other half when finished. I called dalmaltion and Ken and his team were reasonable and put all my fears to rest. THANK YOU Ken and your TEAM. Joe

Great job on cleaning air ducts, dryer vent, and exhaust fan. Very professional and respectful.

Had air ducts cleaned. Information was NOT provided prior to service of extra charges, which was a joke, cutting of the duct work, etc. NOT all ducts were cleaned like stated. Left hand prints on the walls, didn't clean up any of the mess they created nor put anything back the way it was when they arrived. Will NEVER use this company again nor recommend to anyone.

I couldn't believe How great my Carpets looked. Discovered a Chocolate spot under a chair last night, and now you can't even see it. Considering all the other Carpet cleaners I have used in past, I would say that Dalmatian Cleaning and Restoration is The Best Company ever. Thanks Randy and Ryan.

Had Dalmation Cleaning and Restoration Services come to the house to clean the basment carpet, duct cleaning, and clean the ceramic tile and grout. They did an excellant job. Wouldn't recommend anyone else
