Super friendly people. We talked about my dogs most of the time they worked and Mr Popis was very clear about what he was doing and why he was doing it with my plumbing and electric.

Well froze during this cold weather, and driver had parked his truck due to bad road conditions. Even then, they gave lots of advice to this rookie of Missouri weather, free of charge. Great customer service!

Got out and quoted the same day. Extremely nice and efficient. Came with the parts next day to fix the issue. Couldn't be more thrilled with the work he did.

Discovered a serious water leak Saturday. Called for service. Was told plumber would be out possibly that day but would be out definitely on Sunday. No call - no show. Called company on Monday morning, was told service would not be possible until Tues. House has no water now for three days. Told company to forget about service. This is not the first time Popis has done this for service, but it will be the last.

Showed up the day I called as soon as they could did not give me a run around that I have to call them and find put if they have time. And I can not tell you if it going to be today . Plus they were very nice and was careful not to track up the house. Plus he daw my grandson was a sleep and was quiet to allow him to sleep, great job.

I had outstanding service from Popis. The technician Steve was super courteous and every bit the professional that I was hoping for, unlike the person from Henderson plumbing who basically stiffed me for $30. It took Steve a while to fix the issues, longer than he expected, but stood by the price he quoted me, and did a fantastic job. I will definitely use this company again for any future problems.

I spoke to them about coming to my residence today to check a water leak. Was told they would be here today. I took the day off work and I stayed home all day waiting for them to show up. They never show up and never even called me and let me know they weren't coming. I called at the end of the day to see what happened and a female on the phone informed me they decided to go to Springfield today. It would have been nice had they told me they weren't going to come and I could have called in another plumber. I would not recommend this place all they did is waste my time with and my money. It cost money to take off work. Thanks for nothing.
